Joking aside, Skoda do make some nice cars, Octavia VRS and Fabia VRS, nearly had a Fabia VRS before buying C4VTS, it was to small(boot wise) though.

2. When passenger window or door is opened and air blower is on full when I close the window or door a loud squeal is heard constantly until blower is turned off......never heard of this, sounds like one you will have to demonstrate so they can see how to reproduce it. ive had this occacionally, it maybe just a "querwk" with the C4?

you might as well buy a golf/leon/octavia/a3 if thats what you want. i wouldnt say the VTS is lacking in performance, unless your compairing it against the turboed cars. the Civic type r comes close to them but you have to ring its neck to all the time and up and down the box to keep it in its sweet spot. is everyone racing now with wanting more preformance? :) :D

ive had same on mine Rich but not a long tear just two short ones , it was the rivets on my jeans :angry: it had been in for head lamp washers before christmas(first time) and i was going to complain until i noticed the rivet was sticking out on the arse of my jeans i was gutted to, so ive got to get it sorted. there is a firm up here called chips away that are supposed to repair anything cosmetic on the car.

i had mine done last friday(9th Feb) and paid £203 for 12500 yearly service, oil filter, synthetic oil(quartz 9000?) and pollen filter, still expensive if you ask me <_<

not had that problem it does demist windscreen very quick

yes i know what you mean, i did suggest that to them, its just the anoyance factor as though youve made it up and want to pay them a visit wasting your time.

the service light comes on with a beep and the headlamp light on dash by rev counter flashes and the fault comes up as "directional headlamps faulty" and "automatic height adjsutment faulty" went to the dealer and the fault had gone. they told me that they could put it on diagnostics but in nothing was wrong then they would charge me! so ive now got to wait till they pack up :D :unsure: :D

Welcome Chippy, ive found the computer to be around 0.5 to 0.7 mpg out to actually brim to brim calculations over a few weeks so its near enough for a good guide for me, and ive found speedo spot on to my tom tom, same as Wozza. Just enjoy your new toy :D

Has Anyone had problems with their head lamp height adjusters and directional headlamps on the VTS or Exclusive? mines now giving me faults since friday grrrrr :D cheers

What car tested the C4 picasso 1.6 hdi with EGS and thought is was good, suppose Top Gear will moan about "normal" cars after driving Exotica. you'll most likely to get a proper report/test with What Car too.
