just checked ac refrigerant , all seems ok pressure wise,but ac compressor not switching on, could this be a sensor , by the way where are the sensors located thanks mickrochip

thank you all very much for your information. I now will be looking for a relay or a fuse ,,or could it be a possibility of the air con leaking out where does the red black wires go to or where are the relays sited please reply asap P.S a wiring diagram would be very useful thanks mickrochip

here are two photos of my blower motor , the two outside terminals are back ,red, while the two inner terminals are green ,brown /purple the red black wires have no power in them, but when wired direct the motor works fine please can any one tell me where the red ,black wires terminate., a wiring diagram would be very useful please do notwant to remove the complete dash any help will be greatly appreciated thanks mickrochip

sorry i can't post the pics, my phone wont connect to computer, I will try my sons phone when he comes home, sorry about the info, in post no.3, in the connector going to motor there are 2 thick wires (red , BLACK ) AND 2 thin wires(green / orange , purple /black , ) also on this motor there is a printer circuit board under the cover, is this the resistor or is the resistor somewhere else, thank you fo all your knowdledge , I would like to get this prob sorted as this is the best car i have ever driven or had,

thanks for all your knowdledge, I have looked for this resistor in all the usual places , behind glove box where motor is, to the left of the clutch, but can'T find resistor, I will take a photo of motor and connection and post here, I have replaced the blower motor fuses all ok .I have been told that the resistor is built into motor or on top of blower housing below dash

thanks for your reply, the wires (black, red) going into the blower motor along with 4 or 6 smaller wires are in this connector, my car is a 2.0l 16v vtr hdi 04 facelift model dual climate control I also have been told that this motor has the resistor built in

hello there, I have a slight prob. with electric supply to heater motor, when tested today it was showing about six volts, should be about 12v. can you please let me know if it could be a burnt connection , connector , or a relay, by the way where are the relays, so that i can checkout the relays

the turbo on my van is sooting up outside turbo, is thisa problem with the turbo or just the seals ,otherwise my van is going well

howdy every one as you know i am having problems with heater no working, i have had a lexia diagnosis an came up with two fault codes F702, F734 both are showing as permanent faults, can anyone tell me what they are, where the are, and how to fix them thanks for now

Hello there Sorry to be so long in getting back to forum, Iwat to thank everyone that has replied to my query, i have found out that the resistor is built into my motor so i would have to replace the whole motor. the prob. now is that the a/c system is that the sensors to make it work are now showing faults which is stopping my motor working , again thank for all your knowdledge, til we meet again

howdy folks , sorry for the delay,in getting back to you, i have found out that the resistor is built in to the motor, it now raises another problem, no power to motor . it is maybe a blown fuse, broken wire, or could it be sensors on ac . the heater display still works as usual so if any body can tell me where the fuse is i will check to see if it is blown

hello folks can any one help me , how do i remove the complete dash from my car, facelift model 2.0l 16v 1366 vtr.i am looking for a heater resistor for my blower which stopped working before christmas ,it is not in the usual places as i have been informed before my car has got dual climate control & air conditioning , maybe a stupid question , but if the air conditioning pressure was low would the blower work

thank you for all replies on tow bar wiring, I have just bought a second hand towbar + wiring for my van, can any one please tell me the size of the bolts and spacers used for installation , as this bar came without fixings , any help would be greatly appreciated again thank you

hello there, this is just a general query, when wiring a tow bar on my 07 berlingo do i need to fit a smart box to the vehicle wiring, or can it be connected as the older vehicles, by breaking into the vehicle wiring

hello there I have a problem with my key fob , it will not open the doors , or put on the lights . (CENTRAL LOCKING) I have a second key but this fob does all the actions that it is supposed to do, activate central locking, putting on front lights.both keys start the car, I have tried swapping batteries in the fob but still the same, does the electronic part need to be changed or replaced thanks for now

thanks for your reply. just got the bulbs out today,i had to take the binnacle of top of the dash , remove 2 screws from there as well, will get replacements tomorrow and fit to heater control panel. so again thanks for the help

hello folks just got my berlingo van. 07 1.6hdi, dont know if is the berlingo first or not, my problem is how to remove the center dash panel, where the heater controls are, jus below the radio, I want to replace the bulbs for the heater controls thanks for now.

THANKS to all who replied to my query, it is now a month or so since i replaced battery,and have not had any problems since i hope this helps others with this prob as well

further to query about heater resistor, i have searched the place as per photo you supplied , there is nothing like that connection on my heater casing. my car is a 54 plate 2.0l hdi 16v vtr. (face lift model) it has the dual climate control if this makes any difference

howdy folks this heater resistor is driving me mad,cannot find it any where, i have looked the drivers side at or about the clutch , im worried that the dash will have to come out, to get at it, it is a pain at the moment , no heat or demisters, can any one help me please as to where to find this unit,or maybe a picture of where it is . thanks in antiacipation for all your help

hello there . back again my heater motor has now given up the ghost, not working at all, now can anyone tell me where the screws or locating tabs are to remove the motor from the housing, or maybe a picture of them, I hope that the dash does not need to be removed
