Hey there guys, am i glad to see this site,

I have a question to ask regarding a supposed charachtistic with the c4, When the car hits a bump or pothole in the road the car sometimes has a tendancy to hop or slide, up till last night it would happen and would be ok, but last night on my way back to a freinds i hit a pothole, the back end jumped out and the car ended up in a roadside hedge fence.

It completly wrecked the front left wheel, there looks like some damage to the brackets, I think what im asking is has anybody else had the same tyoe issues?.

(just to say i am sorry for the spelling as i sometimes cant get my words right).

Thanks

Rich

Sons c3 Picasso did that recently, garage reported a broken drop arm link, I assume that's the same one that annoyingly rattles when it starts to wear

The Citroen part no. for the anti roll bar drop links is 508777 but this should be checked using your car VIN. At citroencarparts.net they are £30.85 each. If one side has worn out then the other side is probably also due for renewal. They only take a few minutes to replace and a ring spanner and torx bit or allen key is needed to undo them. The torx bit/allen key is used in the end of the threaded part and stops the joint rotating as the nut (45 Nm) is undone.
