Nell Posted May 11, 2011 Posted May 11, 2011 Hi One of the bulbs does not work on the air/heater/distribution panel on my 2003 Cc 1.4cc I have removed the three switch covers and the knob on the slider bar but that does not seem to release the panel to access the bulbs (Probably small capless). Also I have taken out the radio and removed the small pocket below and removed the two torq screws which appear to be holding the unit in place but it still will not come out!! Can anyone give me some further guidance as how to get to the bulbs. Thanks in advance Neil Quote

paul.h Posted May 21, 2011 Posted May 21, 2011 Haynes covers removing the heater panel. As done, remove the radio and storage compartment below it. Then push the heater panel in at the top to release the upper locating lugs, then move the unit upwards to free the lower lugs. The unit can then be moved forward and tilted over in the radio area, pliers used to turn the bulb holders anti clockwise to remove them - uses capless bulbs in holders. Haynes does not state the bulb size/wattage. Quote
