2.13 Upgrade Request

HELP! This has probably be covered somewhere in the past but please help - My display has gone to simply load update cd - 2.13 bottom left corner.  I've tried pressing the blank button for ten seconds - screen goes off and then comes back on with the same message!  I wasn't given a cd to start with C5 is an 08 plate.

 

I really don't know what to do?  Car had MOT in July and garage said they hadn't heard of it and couldn't come up with a fix so I'm trying to sort it myself!  Hopefully someone here will be bale to point me in the right direction.
