paul.h Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 The following website (citroencarparts.net) can be used to find the cost of Citroen parts, plus they seem to be giving a discount of 15% if you order from them. Your local dealer may also offer discounts if you ask and if it is not in stock if you do not need a part the next day. You need the part number which can be obtained from the service.citroen site using your car vin and then enter the part number in the search box. If you have not already registered on the service.citroen site this can be done as an other professional non emergency services and member of the Citroen Owners Club http://www.citroencarparts.net/ Quote
Johndouglas Posted October 21, 2013 Posted October 21, 2013 http://www.citroencarparts.net/That's a handy link to have bookmarked. Thanks. Quote
paul.h Posted May 13, 2014 Author Posted May 13, 2014 Another company worth a look for parts prices is eurocarcare in Derby and has been used by a member (UVG) for a C5 suspension pipe. The home page says the parts are all approved so not necessarily Citroen ones. The prices are all plus vat and delivery unless you are able to collect. http://www.eurocarcare.net/ The cost of delivery and time taken needs to be considered. I have not used them and on the shipping page for Royal Mail delivery there is a note copied as follows:All Royal Mail items destined for UK addresses will be posted at the most economical rate possible. Please be aware that Royal Mail consider a 10 day delivery period acceptable for a a 1st class parcel, and that items are not 'missing ' until 28 working days. If A guaranteed 'next working day' service is required, please consider Fedex or TNT.In the unlikely event of your package becoming lost or damaged, please contact us and we will forward you proof of postage to enable you to claim compensation from the Post Office. For further details please see the post Office web site. Quote
