Won't start was told by auto electrician that ecu was not working right.. Car just turns over no fuel coming out of pipe.but will fire if I spray easy start in.. If I use master key it says anti theft fault.

auto spark said I would need to replace all that I have listed above....I have found a set with everything listed but it is not from a vtr+ its from a vtr so not sure if it will work.

Sound like the low pressure pump in the tank not getting power or knackered. Has the spare key been coded in ?.  a very very common fault on the petrol models is fuel pump failure which results in the engine not starting which in turn puts the car into economy mode and shuts of most of the systems. then along comes joe bloggs who only knows a little about citroens and says the ecu is knackered as they cant find any faults as to why half the systems arnt working. once the car is running all systems come back on.. when you say no petrol comming out the pipe do you mean the pipe from the tank or the pipe from the pump on the end of the camshaft

Ok have checked all fuses all Ok disconnected full line from pump in tank and turned engine over no fuel coming out of tank...put easy start in engine and it fires up...is there any way to check wiring to fuel pump

yep lift up the back seat and remove inspection panel ane youl see multiplug on top of sender unit. then use multi meter checking for voltage when you put ignition on. you should have voltage for a few second then it should die off. did you check maxi fuses.  also have you had the car running or did you get it as a non runner

car was working Ok until it was broken into end of last month. They used a remote zapper to open the car..much the same as the all in one remote you use to operate your TV .. It scans for frequency then it lights up to show you that it had the frequency then you can press the button to open the door . After it was broken into it started cutting out.when driving...I have had the car for 5 years.

I had auto electrician look at car and he had problems getting his unit to communicate with the ecu and said most systems were faulty. When he did get it to communicate. He erased the codes and the car was Ok for a few days then it started cutting out. And now it won't start

I do not know if you have fixed your car yet but some time ago I had the fuel pump fail on a petrol Saab and it would no longer start although it would turn over. The RAC found the car would run for a while on easy start and then found there was a supply voltage at the fuel pump but the pump did not run. After replacing the pump in the petrol tank it was then back to normal.

If you check for a supply voltage at your fuel pump and then think the pump is faulty, then a new fuel pump for your car may be about £116 from eurocarparts, if I have got the right year http://www.eurocarparts.com/ecp/c/Citroen_C4_2.0_2008/p/car-parts/engine-parts/fuel-and-engine-management/fuel-pump/?441730450&1&6a44580109d05a3502bec41bd4c1c520b7b642bb&000148

My comments on the fuel pump were since you said your car will run on easy start which should mean the spark plugs are working. Have you tried to run the engine with a direct 12 volt supply to the pump so that you know the pump is running ?
