Johndouglas Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 Hello & welcome to the forum. Just because a feature is mentioned in the handbook it doesn't necessarily follow that your particular car will have it. Like many manufacturers, Citroen produces a handbook which covers every level in the range. The USB socket is mentioned in my C5-X7's handbook, however my car doesn't have one. Neither does it have the xenon headlights which are also shown in the book. Quote

paul.h Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 Looking in a handbook for the 9/2008 to 2/2010 Relay, pairing a phone to the vehicle bluetooth is covered under In car technology / hands free system / mobile telephone page 92. If you do not have a handbook, these can be seen/printed/saved from the service.citroen website - select your language and then handbooks and then your car http://service.citroen.com/ddb/ . You can also register as another professional and a member of the Citroen Owners Club to see the parts diagrams as a free service and use your VIN (VIS) to select your vehicle. If you look under Characteristics it will give you details of what is installed on your car. The handbook does not seem to mention the smartnav so probably a separate handbook is provided for it and if you do not have one then may be a Citroen dealer can provide one. An internet search suggests it may be a Traffic master smart nav and if so there may be fees to pay if you wish to use it. On our first C5 it had a Traffic master system giving traffic alerts but it needed annual fees to be paid for it to work so I did not bother with it. This link has some FAQ's that may help http://www.smartnav.com/explore/faqs.aspx The USB port may be part of the wiring harness and a Citroen dealer may be able to provide one or you could try a scrap yard or somewhere like Maplins. (if indeed you have one) - handbook probably says it's in the gloveboxCan't help you with the Xenons though .. Quote
Johndouglas Posted October 26, 2014 Posted October 26, 2014 Have you checked inside the centre cubby? Oh yes! There's the 16 pin connector behind the rubber cover but that's all - other than that ever-so-useful cup holder. In the glove box there's the pin connectors for the MP3. Quote
