I normally use our local Citroen dealer, often the prices are not much different to other places, if a regular customer they will give a discount, the parts will fit and if something needs to be ordered and it is not needed the next day then they can offer a better discount since they can get it at a lower price.

You can also look at eurocarparts and gfs and there will be others but the parts are likely to be pattern ones and may not necessarily fit that well - I had this on rear lights for a C3 which were no cheaper than ones from Citroen and had to be refunded, also an exhaust for the C3 which resonated and spoilt the car

.

citroencarparts.net supply Citroen parts at a discount but you need the part no. and their site is also good to give you an idea of the cost of parts from your local Citroen dealer. http://www.citroencarparts.net/  To get this from the Citroen parts diagrams on the service.citroen site, register as another professional and a member of the Citroen Owners Club - you can then use your VIN (VIS) to find your car in the top left box. http://service.citroen.com/do/changerParametres
