If the engine is the 90 bhp the total cooling circuit is 8.8 litres.

If the 110 bhp engine it is 10.7 litres.

Recommended strength of anti freeze will vary from about 25 to 50%

- so for the 90 bhp engine you will need 2.2 to 4.4 litres of 100% anti freeze adding.

- for the 110 bhp engine you will need 3 to 5.4 litres of 100% anti freeze adding.

Add the anti freeze before adding any water since when draining out the old anti freeze it does not always drain all of it out.

Thanks Paul

I think nearly all the old coolant was pumped out when the AA man told me it didn't need a paper gasket where the plastic faces come together on the thermostat housing !
