Superpaddy1200 Posted June 30, 2015 Posted June 30, 2015 Hey everyone i have a problem as i have recently got myself a citroen C5 from 2008 and i'm new to this forum and the car seems to have DRL on the front lamps but i cannot seem to find them anywhere in my cars menu i would like to know if there is any way to turn them on i would be happy if anyone would help Quote
Johndouglas Posted June 30, 2015 Posted June 30, 2015 Probably a previous owner has had them turned off - maybe because the bulbs have blown - they are rather pricey to replace. If you want them on, you'll need a dealer or someone with a Lexia to do it. I've removed your other post and moved this one to the technical section. Quote
Superpaddy1200 Posted June 30, 2015 Author Posted June 30, 2015 does anybody know roughly how much would it cost to get in touch with citroen dealer to get this fixed? Quote
paul.h Posted July 1, 2015 Posted July 1, 2015 I would suspect it will be up to an hour labour charge for the diagnostic work. On the C5 Technical section there is a pinned diagnostic topic of members who are able to help others so you may wish to look at this first. If you do use a dealer or Citroen specialist for it you may as well have a full diagnostic check since it probably will not cost any more. Also have a look at this topic on drls http://www.citroen-owners-club.co.uk/citroen/topic/20984-daytime-running-lights-bulb-replacement-and-led-option/ Quote
