Hi

Does anyone know where to get a replacement handbook for this model please? I just bought it from someone as a previous Cat D damaged car. It has no service history unfortunately. I can't find any online handbook info either. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

If you go to www.service.citroen.com and register as another professional and a member of Citroen Owners Club, you can enter your VIN, find the handbook you need and see it online.

If you do not wish to register, the handbook can also be read/copied/printed in sections from here but you may need to select your language before your car http://service.citroen.com/ddb/

If you do register though you will also have free access to the parts diagrams (use your VIN(VIS) top left to select your car) and if you look at the left column under characteristics it will give you more info on your car such as the options fitted.

If it has been serviced at a Citroen dealer they will have the service history on their computer system and may be able to print it out for you. If you register on My Citroen you will get limited info on the next service http://www.mycitroen.co.uk/MyCitroen/

Thanks for your reply. When you say professional, do you mean a mechanic?

Thanks for your help. Hopefully it was serviced at a Citroën dealer. Presumably it would have been, as it's only three years old. Fingers crossed.

If you register you need to tick the box for Other professionals except Emergency services etc.

and then as a member of the Citroen Owners Club.

If you read the terms and conditions you will see that members of a car club can register and this is the way it is done. This link takes you to the page to start the registration but you may need to select your language first http://service.citroen.com/do/changerParametres

Your car is the C3 (A51). The C3 was from 2002 to about 2007 when there was a minor facelift to give the C3 II to 2009 but the A51 model is the completely new one from 2009.

This is painstakingly slow! Lol! Now it needs to know which body style it has. Without having the handbook, I have no idea. There are a few options.

SEDAN 5PTES

5 DOOR SEDAN NOW

MIXED SILHOUETTES M1-N1.

Any of the above make sense? I was just going to click on the first option.

I am guessing you are selecting your car after loginning in on the service.citroen site. You can just put your car VIN (VIS) top left in the box and it will pick your car. The VIN can be seen on the V5C document and on the car at the bottom of the windscreen passenger side from the outside, it begins V7...

Otherwise, select C3 (A51), leave the body style blank, select your engine or again leave blank and then click on Confirm.

If you just want the handbook though you do not need to login, use this link for the handbooks, select your language if not already yours, then your car (C3 new) and then the year http://service.citroen.com/ddb/

Sedan will be the only body option since an estate is not available, 5PTES will be short for 5 portes (French for doors), not sure what the NOW means or the mixed silhouettes.
