Maf Problem

Hi, i'm new, from Croatia, driving C8, 2.2 HDI, 2003

I'm having some problems with my car. Lexia said MAF won't work, something like "short to ground". I changed the MAF, but that didn't solved the problem. On the MAF conector i checked the voltage, don't know the pining, but i'm having only 2 readings, one wire 3,46V and some other wire 1,46V. Both readings are constant, car on/car off, with throttle/without throttle.

I'm sorry for my bed english, but i'm hopping you understand my problem

Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

You could check the wiring for any damage. If the replacement MAF was not a genuine Citroen part these have sometimes been reported to not work that well. If you cleared the fault and then just unplugged the MAF, does the same fault show ? With it unplugged it should run in limp mode with reduced performance.

Yes, i've checked every single wire, they are ok.

it seems, the fault was the fuse(changed),and the problem persists. i think the problem is with the ECU.

I'm going to the elecronic specialist next week, so he can inspect the problem
