Hi, members etc

I own a 2002 Citroen Xsara Picasso 1.8 Petrol exclusive. My electric horn produces a very weak sound, as if it had laryngitis.

I was intending to replace it with a new one, but then decided to get a low and high sounding combination. Today I had a look at the Haynes manual and discovered that according to that the front bumper needs to be removed to gain access. Is there a way of replacing the horn without going to all that bother. (I'm a pensioner, and don't fancy tackling that.) I bought a set of twin horns, according to the original type fitted. I would appreciate any input.

Welcome to the forum.

Bumper removal often does not take long so if you had to pay a dealer to do the job it would be well under 1 hour in total for labour.
