If your turbo has went on a 1.6 then just get rid of the car as youl be needing a new turbo again soon. Ford now say that the only 100% way to cure a failed turbo on 1.6 is to replace the engine.  If thats not practicle for you to do then you have to understand that when a turbo goes on a 1.6 everything fills with oil so you need to take each sensor out and clean it. also check the vacum pump/sump/rocker box /all solinoids/rubber pipes for any sign of carbon/oil or a black jelly also there is a control valve just at the bottom left of the engine as you look at it in the airside of things this must be checked

Is the car a 2004 to 2008 or a 2008 on C5 ? How many miles has it done ?

How long has the problem been occurring, was it before you replaced the turbo and cleaned the egr valve and why did you replace the turbo ? Does the problem happen if you very carefully/slowly push the accelerator pedal down and what are the engine revs doing during this ? Is it as though the pedal does nothing for the first part of its travel ?
