coastline taxis Posted May 2, 2016 Posted May 2, 2016 Hi throttle cable is on thr right hand side and fastened to the gearbox mountain where it meets the chassis or opposite the vacum pump under the ecu cover. is it front or rear lights Quote
paul.h Posted May 2, 2016 Posted May 2, 2016 Lighting faults are sometimes caused by poor earth connections. On Citroen's the lighting stalk could also be faulty but it is part of the comms 2000 unit under the steering wheel so replacement can be expensive. Quote
bowllingg951 Posted May 5, 2016 Author Posted May 5, 2016 thanks for the replies but had to take to garage found out it does not have a throttle cable, the cause was a broken clip in the wiring they fitted a new one going like a train well pleased Quote
coastline taxis Posted May 6, 2016 Posted May 6, 2016 Your c5 has a cable going from the acc pedal to the throttle pot then becomes fly by wire. the cable is adjusted by moving the clip. Quote
