paul.h Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 Which bleed system does it have - the type with a bleed screw to undo or the type where the pipe is pulled out a bit (double clip system) ? Quote
paul.h Posted November 25, 2016 Posted November 25, 2016 Did you get the new seal from a Citroen dealer, the part no. appears to be 215615 which from a search looks like the one in your picture. You may need to check the pipe for damage and the new cylinder for any damage where the seal contacts it. This is all it has in the service box procedure for fitting a new slave cylinder with the bleed screw: .2. RefittingCAUTION : Adhere to the tightening torques.CAUTION : When coupling it, handle the hydraulic pipe (17) keeping it straight and not levering it to prevent any break.Lightly lubricate the connection between the rod of the hydraulic clutch slave cylinder (19) and the clutch fork ; Using G12 grease.Refit :The hydraulic clutch control slave cylinder (19)The 2 bolts (18) (New bolts)Clamp the clip (16) (this means to push the clip in).Connect the hydraulic pipe (17) Quote
