jessicaeamie Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Hi everyone! Just picked up my 2012 C4 VTR trying to get my phone connected to the Bluetooth but it won't allow me to select the menu for it. It just skips by it. I have a parrot Bluetooth device connected. I was just wondering if this would be over-riding the settings of my radio? I've bought an aux cable for the time being but would really like to get this sorted. It's frustrating. Thanks! Quote

coastline taxis Posted March 22, 2017 Posted March 22, 2017 the trouble that we often see with phones and cars is nearly always a software update. your car is 2012 and is considered fairly new to the likes of us. But if youve recently upgraded your phone to 3 or 4 g then your car needs to be updated aswell as its phone software is 5 years old. the parrot will need to be disconected and lexia used to activate your cars Bluetooth system. I'm no expert on this and could easily be wrong but this is the issues weve come across and it has always been software updates to put it right Quote
