lauro Posted November 10, 2017 Posted November 10, 2017 The motor is permanently on on the n/s headlight on dipped beam I want to pull the fuse to stop it draining the car battery until I can fix it, does any one know if the motors are independently fused and the am-page and location of the fuse???or can I pull a wire of the switch or motor itself for a quick fix?? coastline taxis Posted November 13, 2017 Posted November 13, 2017 cheers. fuse box under the bonnet. they are 2 x 15 amp fuses for the headlights.. you'd be better off just unplugging the headlighf or the motor unit. ive come across this b4 and im sure it was either the adjustment switch or the motor itself Quote
paul.h Posted November 13, 2017 Posted November 13, 2017 I have edited your profile signature to add your car details to save you needing to mention it for each new topic. I vaguely remember arak81 having a problem which was caused by a dash bulb that had failed, so something to check. http://www.citroen-owners-club.co.uk/citroen/topic/23190-headlight-levelling-is-not-working-where-is-the-fuse-for-it/ You might need to fix the problem before the MOT since the switch has to be set at position 0 for the headlight alignment check.
