Car came in today with a injector seal gone (copper washer/seal at the bottom of injector) its been blowing for a couple of months now. Anyway finaly got injector out as it was carboned in only to find that the seal at the bottom is carboned in aswell. been trying all day and it just wont budge normally they just pull up with a pick/screwdriver having tryed everything it just wont move. Feel quite limited as to what we can do as anything that goes down the injector hole will go straight onto the top of the piston so cant drill also tryed the oxy acytelene but with it being such a small hole the tip keeps blowing back.

Any suggestions

You may have sorted it by now, but if not and if you can not use brute force or heat then if you can bung up the hole, maybe a solvent may help such as turps/white spirit to soften the carbon.
