bigray Posted June 28, 2009 Posted June 28, 2009 Hi all, Me again ok so after all the help I finally went away in teh car. When I gto to our campsite I lowered the suspension to aid unloading long story short the next day the back was riding on the bumpstops and the front was normal. SO drove it to see if ti fixed itself but suprise suprise it didn't. So I called the breakdown people out who came out and he tapped the underside with a metal pole (looks like a steel cable attached to a wheel about level with the back of the rear seats) and it went up but was advised to take it to a citroen dealer. Being france I found one easily enough they put teh car on diagnostics and told me there were no faults but the fluid needed toppong up but it wan't empty. Any suggestions guys seriously thinking of selling this car it's just one thing after another. On the plus side did 1600 miles on less than 3 tanks of diesel  Quote

C5 Rear Suspension Stuck In The Up Position If so then it has links to other threads where the pictures are. To post a link you will need to open a reply then click the green button that is 6th from left in the line just above the text box that starts with b i u. Paste the link into that box then give it a title. Quote
paul.h Posted June 30, 2009 Posted June 30, 2009 I think I have just worked out how to post a link, please correct if this is wrong. For this you need the URL of a post - to get this do a right mouse click on the relevant topic/post on a contents page. Then click on properties and the URL will be displayed. With the left mouse button highlight the URL and then copy it using the right mouse button. Then in the post you want to reply to, click on the green button at the top with + on it to insert the link and then right click the mouse to copy the URL. Quote
coastline taxis Posted June 30, 2009 Posted June 30, 2009 yes thats the one. And thanks for the info on how to post a link need to practice it know Quote
myglaren Posted July 2, 2009 Posted July 2, 2009 It is actually simpler to type in [ url=, then paste the address to go to,(http://www.citroen-owners-club.co.uk/citroen/index.php?showtopic=7869&st=0entry38655) then ]Name[/url] where Name= a subject appropriate to the link. As here Sounds long-winded but is dead simple after a couple of goes. *note that in the example there is a space after the [ and before the url=. This is to break the link or all the would be invisible. Quote
