2003 Citroen Relay 2.2Hdi Gearbox Issue
coastline taxis replied to Tetsu0san's topic in Relay - Technical
to stop it happening again look under the scuttle panel above the gearbox. you see the drain hole. If your luck the rubber pipe will still be there if so reroute it away from the box. if not then make one and reroute it away from the box -
Berlingo Diesel Engine Problem
coastline taxis replied to heraldsteve's topic in Petrol Diesel & LPG Injection
you got to give things time to work. also if it has been the egr stuck open then everything will be caked in gunge from the exhaust gases. So a good clean out of all the pipes is needed. live data will show you if the timing is out cam/crank synchronization so no need to strip it down -

2003 Citroen Relay 2.2Hdi Gearbox Issue
coastline taxis replied to Tetsu0san's topic in Relay - Technical
you can get to the linkages very easy on these van . If you look at your scuttle panel under the windscreen you will see that the drain plug for it comes out on top off the gear linkage. Cover the linkages with wd40 dont be scared of it and really soaking it then start working the lever in neutral. then more wd the work it till it becomes free then plenty grease to keep it clear -

Berlingo Diesel Engine Problem

You need to get the car plugged in to a diagnostic that supports live data. take the van for a run and bring the misfire on whilst the live data is recording. . now comes the fun bit get a cup of tea and a bacon sandwich and go through the live data frame by frame. one of the settings will drop suddenly and then go back to normal and that will be your fault. experience has show that in most cases its the crankshaft sensor on its way out . but if not then the answer is definitely in live data -

A solus pro should be able to do this. go into special functions and it should be there. Providing your solus software is up to date with the car. for a 2010 car you need to be on 10.2 and above.

coastline taxis replied to lauro's topic in Questions about the Citroen Xsara
cheers. fuse box under the bonnet. they are 2 x 15 amp fuses for the headlights.. you'd be better off just unplugging the headlighf or the motor unit. ive come across this b4 and im sure it was either the adjustment switch or the motor itself -

Coolant Drain Flush And Replace. 3.0 Hdi
coastline taxis replied to turbovette350's topic in C5 - Technical
wow that seems a lot. easiest way (although not the correct way ) remove bottom radiator hose when the engine is cold. once the water stops then replace and refill with the right amount of anti freeze and water. bleed nipples ( if needed) are on the thermostate and the heater pipe to the matrix on the rear right of the engine. run engine with expansion tank cap off untill engine gets to normal temp oor the expansion bottle level goes down . top up level as needed ( you should only need to top up once) -
start with the front end on ramp. remove the dog leg of the ride hieght sensor then start the engine. now manually move the ride hieght sensor and see if the car follows then try the rear sensor. also check the switch inbetween the seats as coffee and drinks get spilt onto them and can create a short and put the suspension into a preferment setting.
