think your goinng to have to disconect the battery and check every fuse. make sure you use a multi meter as just looking isnt very effective anymore due to hairline cracks. check the fuse in the stereo aswell normally under the multiplug fittings
on the corogated metal floor you should see some flat oval/circular plates that look like there siliconed in. the bolt holes should be underneath them. if not i can give you the specs for what you need to put the seats in. we do it all the time on the mini-buses and is quite easy to do and a £25 engineers report satisfy,s the insurance company
normally screeching when cornering is a sign that your tracking needs checking. But as with any fault on a car if your not sure or feel uncertain then take the car elswhere for a second opinion
follow both leads from the battery to where they conect. The plus one will go to the starter and the minus will go to the bodywork also one of the minus leads will bolt onto the gearbox
have you recently had any windows or body panels replaced or worked on. sounds to me like youve got water in a multiplug or ecu connection. check the scuttle panel under the windscreen to make sure the drain plug isnt blocked then get some wd 40 and squirt every multiplug/connection/fusebox that you can see i wouldnt buy any more sensors/parts till youve done this or a few more hot days and the problem will probally go away on its own
Its all down to lack of grease. Take your door panel off and literally cover the wire cable in grease every bit of it and work the window up and down so the grase goes into the corner rollers/guides and that should be the end of any future problems

its basicly the same on all the models. Drain gearbox oil. remove hub nut. rmove the 2 bolts that secure osf middle shaft remove ball joint nut and split from bottom wishbone. prize inner cv joints away from gearbox, lift hub assembly away from car and pull drive shaft out
on the floor and side pillars at the rear section youl see anchorage points for seats and seat belts. thay have captive nuts behind them so you can add whatever you want with just a bolt

AVOID THE 1.6 HDI LIKE THE PLAGUE. they are prone to turbo failure and expensive to do the replacement job correctly. Go for the 2 litre hdi very reliable and dosnt have big running costs. the earlier 8 valve engines dosnt suffer from the sticking injector problem that the later 16 valve engine does. but both of the 2 litre engine,s will give you good economy and relability and performance. weve got a couple with 25ok on them and never missed a beat. No matter what you get if you want to try any kind of repair youl need a diagnostic machine and the prices vary for these a quick check on ebay under citroen diagnostic will give you better info.
its pre obd so it dosnt have a 16 pin obd port. It will however have diagnostic points that can be used. Any lexia or high end diiagnioostic kit will have the proper leads to go into the ecu
