  1. If your turbo has went on a 1.6 then just get rid of the car as youl be needing a new turbo again soon. Ford now say that the only 100% way to cure a failed turbo on 1.6 is to replace the engine. If thats not practicle for you to do then you have to understand that when a turbo goes on a 1.6 everything fills with oil so you need to take each sensor out and clean it. also check the vacum pump/sump/rocker box /all solinoids/rubber pipes for any sign of carbon/oil or a black jelly also there is a control valve just at the bottom left of the engine as you look at it in the airside of things this must be checked
  2. try checking the rear bush of the front wishbone as these are more or less under the seats
  3. sounds like a multiplug has come lose or the upper display has died either way youl need to take it out to check it

  24. whoa STOP everything. 1st you cant adjust the hieght when driving so you got no faults there. 2 go to any scrappy or dealer and get a new switch for the hieght adjuster in the consul. 3 fit new switch then magic happens and and your suspension is fine. this happens to ours at least once a month with drivers spilling coke cans and coffee. sounds like u take sugar in your coffee for it to happen that quck aswell. none sugered coffee drinkers get 2 to 3 days before it happens what colour is the suspension resevoir if its whit plastic then you only fill half way if its black then fill to top both with the suspension on its lowest setting
  25. hi with any faults like this theres only one thing that can help you (without spending thoushands) and im very surprised no garage has offered it to you. without being big headed they really musnt no what there doing.
