Things haven't moved on too much really... :( My 16 Valve BX..160BHP weight 1045kgs 0-60 7.4 sec.....circa 1988 vintage( mines a 1991 actually)....that'll be nearly 20 years without too much in the way of change performance wise... :P I hope the C4 lasts as well as the BX.. <_<

Ahh, the old "Padded Cell" look....at least the colour is half decent.... <_<

Chromed look lights are a wee bit iffy....but genuine LED units would be the Dogs, ala BMW, Range Rover or Jag.... <_<

Umm, but my previous Hdi VTR+ didn't have the DPFS and still pointed down.... <_< I still believe it has something to with money....surely the pipe would be fine if it were pointing directly backwards as in the VTS pipe... :P

Nothing to do with Regs.... More down to costs... A friend of mine has a Merc E320 V6 diesel Sport that has a couple of nice looking Chromed Tailpipes... :P As for crud...both the outside AND inside of the exhaust on my new 1.6 HDi are spotless...must be the DPFS doing it's job... <_<

If the car is registered to you at your home address, you should get a Fixed Penalty notice through the post within the next 14 days... If you have less than 9 points already, you should be able to pay the £60 fine and have 3 points added to your licence... If nine or more, it's a visit to the magistrates court... :blink:

Have the same problem... B) It's worse if you have anything in the door pockets, they should be lined with a light felt or similar as whatever you have in the pockets exacerbates the vibration problem... My argument is that if you spend £350 'extra' to upgrade the ICE, then the environment should be upgraded to cope, otherwise it's money down the Pan. I wasn't able to hear the JBL Upgrade before buying the Car....disappointed with the overall performance :blink:

My JBL Upgrade has a wee Mp3 sticker over the CD slot...the Standard Head unit in my previous VTR+ didn't. I've not tried a Mp3 in it so you'll have to draw your own conclusions... :lol:

Well, you've got what you were after so that's a result...surely :lol: If you can get some freebies, great..mudflaps or mats would always be useful...

I had the standard interior VTR+, now have one with leather... I guess the standard could be described as plastic-ish....cause it is, but not to the point of feeling cheap-cheap... With leather, the armrest and door trim are finished with leather as well as the seats... Overall, I'm well pleased with the leather, heated too.... but the standard kit is not bad compared to some of the other stuff out there.... You pays yer money, you takes yer choice... :lol:

So........ just over half a second difference...... :) In the real world, it means absolutely nought... :o The way it accelerates in the gears without having to screw the nuts off it, is where it counts... I have a BX 16valve, the much older relative to the VTS 180...it's fun, but only once it gets the revs up, 0-60 7.9sec...top speed via GPS 134MPH..........not bad for 'Old Technology.. :lol: The diesel gives you 'Grunt' from a much lower engine speed so no need to keep the motor on the boil for a similar amount of progress.... OK, I'm getting older, hence the EGS gearbox this time...I'll get me coat.... :lol:

She'd be right if it were a non standard part that looked like it had just come off the tail of a whale..... ;) As it is a genuine Citroen Part, it has been well designed to integrate and blend in with the lines of the Car...IMHO of course... :D I thought the VTS had them as standard.....? :huh:
