I am one of their inscructors. If you read EVO magazine, the orange Murci does the majority of its track work with us.

not to blow my own trumpet or anything but...I drive Aston Martins, Lambo's, Ferraris and many other superb marques through the summer months and to compare the C4 to anything in that class would be wrong but on the drive back from Solihull on a Sunday night after doing many many miles in supercars the C4 handling really isnt that bad. I dont drive a VTS so I am losing out on the firmer springs and stiffer anti roll bars etc but if I want to blast down country roads the C4 is quite happy to do that or if I want to be comfortable on a long motorway journey it can do that too. We keep coming back to Alfas...has anyone read a good review on the Brera their flagship model?? no didnt think so...Italian cars look good but generally are a nightmare...Alfa Romeo is not the exception.

well my first Ebay purchase...got them for £350 :lol: I have to phone the guy Tuesday night to sort out collection...

he says that it is rubbish, had loads of problems with it hence the free service certificate. Last time he posted he said he wanted an Alfa Romeo. Clearly he wants an unreliable, boring, badly built car instead of the C4 B)

you guys will test the mettle of any aircon system!! The C4 was designed for use in France where it only gets really hot in the very south for a few weeks a year!

there is a set very much like the WRC ones from Milia Miglia, click me!!! The bodykit will follow next year according to Cituning (the people who do the Xsara WRC kit)

I found them by accident on Ebay, I put in Citroen C4 in the search when I was bored at work yesterday and went all the way up to page 12 (yes I was really bored!) and the guy was selling the interior light for £1.99 but in the description the car was a breaker and he was selling everything possible off it. Enter Stuey stage left!! I'm well happy now! oh and Rich, I am almost as much of a car clean Nazi as Ham is so I have plenty of kit, they are from a write off so they will need a bloody good clean. Also the tyres where on it for a week before the guy decided to join in the pile up party, the stickers are still showing!! get in!!

take it somewhere where no one is around and red line it a few times when its stationary, it may be the injectors are a bit clogged up. You could always nip to a car parts shop and get some engine flush that should help (assuming it is a blocked injector)

im sooooo happy!! I have finally found a set of VTS wheels!! bought from a guy who is selling a wrote off VTR+ and he is even bringing them to me from Oldham!! any VT owners want to buy a near mint set of 16's of the VTR?? B)

it is a known problem, book it in and they replace the rear calipers for free.

my headlights do dim a bit when the cooling fans kick in and when you turn the steering wheel when stopped. Dont know whether it is your engine just having more power than mine, but thinking about it, it is all run from the battery....random

like it!! there is a video kicking around of an american truck with a train horn fitted, he drives past people and blows it, the results as you can probably gather are rather funny!

flashing full beams just doesnt have the same impact without the horn...

nobbers!! honking the horn in anger is difficult in the C4 I have noticed...im sure we have all hit the chrome chevrons instead of the horn!!

cant leave mine running to warm up unless there is an armed guard nearby or I sit the dog in the passenger seat...furry imobilser that likes buscuits :D

yep the brakes are one of the best things about the car!

oh dont get me wrong I do use it but not all the time....

I very rarely use the aircon to be honest...seems to sap the power from the engine. I think some of it is psycological though. I tend to use it when it is cold to warm the inside up quicker...
