citroenC579 Posted September 13, 2015 Posted September 13, 2015 I have a 2002 C5 2.2 hdi 16v. I've had the car around 18 months. Only noticed this judder about couple weeks ago, anti roll bar links needed doing thought maybe was something to do with that, I replaced link rods today, car is perfect apart from judder still there. Anyone??Clutch is fine etc. Only happens when accelerating hardish. ?????? Quote
citroenC579 Posted September 19, 2015 Author Posted September 19, 2015 Can anyone shed some light on this shaking? Had brand new tyres few weeks ago, laser tracking done same time. New brake pads 2 weeks ago then link rods last week. I'm thinking wheel balancing (awkward car) but wouldn't it of shaked before? Quote
paul.h Posted September 30, 2015 Posted September 30, 2015 Maybe an engine mounting is worn but possibly the dual mass flywheel is worn. Quote
Randombloke Posted October 24, 2015 Posted October 24, 2015 I have just had a judder fixed, worn drive shaft UJ, please see this thread: http://www.citroen-owners-club.co.uk/citroen/topic/14240-c5-22-hdi-slight-shudder-on-medium-acceleration/ Quote
