Hi, can someone please tell me how i get access to interior fuses ,

i opened glove compartment & took of fuse cover

there is a white plastic piece bottom right that i can turn to either 9 o,clock or 12 o,clock

should the fuse section pull down for access ,can't seem to budge it when i try in both positions

The Haynes manual just says to remove the cover to access the fuses but the RTA manual for left hand drive shows a white lever at the bottom right which is turned from the 12 o clock position to the 9 o clock position and then move the fuse board to the left and then the fuse board pivots down at the front.

thanks paul , the  RTA manual was correct , but the fuse board still wouldn't pivot

i looked under the board & seen a block(bottom left) that was stopping it from pivoting,

so i pushed left side which released the block & i was able to lower the fuses

i am thinking about hard wiring a dash cam ,

any idea where i will find a good earth connection on the c3 to connect the earth wire
