Doesnt it use the same kind of key as the C4? I have ot say mines fairly solid its been dropped thrown about etc and still feels solid. Shame he is suffering so many issues though can he not refuse the car or contact mobility?

But non of them for sale.

Sounds good to me anything that involves getting tipsy and motorsport the next day is good. Couple of my mates will be tagging along to donnington.

Really easy to find in a place called pilsworth just of the M66 junction 3 just follow for park 66. incredibly easy to find literally 1 turn off from the motorway which is why i thought it might be good plus theres a few places to eat. including the 2 for 1 pub which does a good mixed grill :rolleyes:

Thoguht about another pub its a 2 for 1 pub so cheap food as well lol. And thats just off the motorway in a retail park well retail park consisting of asda a cinema megabowl and some eating places.

If you want food theres always the trafford centre and dont need to worry about your cars lol. As i said thye only reason mine was damaged was cause i parked it outside a club for 3 days over the weekend so some drunk probably ripped it off. But pubs on outskirts not sure about the good ones would have to check some of them out the ones im thinking of though are rather remote 20 miles outside of the city and not the easiest places to find.

Manchester is not that bad only thing that happened to my car in a year of being parked right in the city centre on the street everyday was my spoiler got ripped off while it was parked outside 3 clubs. Its not bad really unless you visit the bad areas then make sure your doors are locked and dont get out for anyone lol. Just one thing whats everyone wanting to do cause if you want to do somethign i can book somewhere for us and sort out a meeting point etc. And who fancies doing this next month sometime?

Had mine in for this a few times at the dealers something to do witht he exhaust apparently but everytime they fixed it it lasts about a day then comes back again.

Saw one of the police officers on the cliosport site recently say its now been changed you can be given points for it now doesnt usually happen typically just asked for them to be removed but they can give you points apparently.

No you just need an adaptor to plug the headunit in bmw - iso converter as the alpine wont plug directly into it. And in future neverlisten to the halfords monkeys they know fk all typically about anything. Aerial adaptor is needed but not for £20 should cost you £3 Theres a couple of us here with aftermarket units non of us had to do anything except plug them in basically.

Under carriage neons etc have always been illegal unless you have red at the back, yellow at sides white at front. so would look a bit stupid. However interior lights as long as they dont obstruct anything are legal if they give impaired vision etc such as ones on windows and that then they are illegal as far as i remember. When that happens never lift in the C4 lol. Did that first time back end came hurtling round and i went round the roundabout sideways. Gotta love lift off oversteer makes me grin like an idiot when i do it on purpose.

Couple places will get the 225 to 280bhp ish but i think thats getting on the limits of what a fwd car should have.

Next few months i think. But likely to be expensive at first. Id say book some tests drives and sit in them see which one you prefer i checked out a few cars and took them all for a drive beforei bought my C4. Tried a stilo, astra sport hatch C4 megane etc but i liked the C4 more.

well from an ex clio owner i miss the chuckability of my clio but i wouldnt change back to another one i love the feel of having a bigger car now plus the amount of looks it gets when your in traffic etc its great. That and the girls seem to like it as well then again i got told its a pretty colour lol. And everytime you park it up and you walk out to it in a carpark your pretty much guaranteed its gonna be one of the best looking cars in the carpark. Its very comfortable on long drives but when pushed handles well grips well has some lift off oversteer so yes you can get it sideways if you want to. Gadgets are great interior is a nice place to be i just love the car. And the meg 225 handling is amazing unless your hopeless behind the wheel. Standard one isnt amazing but if you spec up the cup upgrades its a seriously good machine handling and performance wise its up there as one of the best fwd cars around.

And last sentanced in this is where the insurance comment came from. And just a curious question who are you over at CS? as im on there as well used to own a 1.2 16v changed to my C4 from that.

Why not its big its fairly comfortable handles very well and has a nice 2litre turbo engine good for over 270bhp after a remap. Insurance group 16 or 17 i think as well same as the 182 but dont go off insurance groups best off just getting quotes as i found its cheaper to get insured on some group 20 cars than it is on some group 15 cars.

Also the diesel VTS does not come with the spoiler as standard only petrol VTS gets it as standard. If you want a fast hatch thats this size you really cant get better than the megane 225 or soon to be 250.
