I never used the Air Con in my C3 due to Fuel. I used to run it once a month to keep the pipes ok but apart from that. I was pleased when I picked the C2 VTR as it didn't have Air Con but mine has as its now a standard fit on the VTR but I still don't use it. Its ok to have Air Con if you have a diesel

I was looking in Autotrader the other day and a Citroen Dealer in Bridgend has a 07 C6 Exclusive £25,000. Lost alot in a year

You Can get one off ebay cheap as they are quite expensive from the dealer.

Funny how some of these non Citroen Garages can't reset the spanner. The one who serviced my Sisters Saxo reset the spanner no probs.

Yes as its happen to a few owners on the C2 Club Web Site. A recent one was on a 04 C2 GT and even though its hasn't been recalled the dealer done the repair for free and also replaced the tyre free of charge so phone your dealer first thing in the morning. No point in getting the car towed there today as whilst its left at the dealer while they are closed its still your responsibility if anything happens to it.

Well I am quite Friendly with my dealer Eddie so when I take it in for its 1,000 miles service ill mention it and see if they could do it. Its no harm in asking.

Well I had my 05 C3 Exclusive Sensodrive I had my Break Pads changed at 15,000 as they were rubbing bad. It went back on 28th April with 21,800 on it and since I had the pads changed not once it squeeked. They starting to squeek bad about 7,000 miles.

The 3 years I owned my 05 C3 Exclusive never had any faults with it and I had to keep it fo an extra week before I had my new C2 due to paper work and the Drivers side front spring decided to snap. Fairplay even though the Warranty was up on the 21st April and this happend on the 22nd it was done by Citroen for free as it was a fault Citroen knew about. I still think highly of the car though and I still miss it.

Mark 1 C3s Keys do have a screw in them!

When the petrol is really low a litte round orange light will come on down by the last bar. Also you should have a trip Computer. On the wiper stalk at the end there is buttons to change the volume and tracks on a CD. Well on the Track buttons closest to you press the middle and by the speedo your mileage will disapear and you will see how many miles you got left in the tank, your avergae fuel consumption (MPG), Continues Fuel Consumption, Average Speed and how many miles traveled on since last reset of the trip computer.

I don't know because the MK2 C3s Cruise Control was different than the MK1s. Does the same job but like on the Mk2 on the Dashboard display you could see what speed you had it set at etc. If you couldid be very surprised and I doubt it would be cheap either. I miss my Cruise Control I loved it on my C3.

Petrol Engines Tax should be dropped down abit too. in the las 3 years the tax on a Saxo 1.1i has gone up £15.

I was invited to a motability event at my local Citroen Dealer yesterday afternoon and I went along they had a New Style Silver C3 1.4i SX. Its a nice car funny with out the upper glove box. I noticed Citroen put in the old style front Square Head Rests the ones like my brother has on his 2003 52 C3 you can push them back or forward. on mine they are round ones which can only be height adjustable which was put on the C3 from 2004. Nice layout I found the SX I sat in was a bit to dark inside. It was like siting in my neighbours 2005 54 C3 Desire. And the only one other thing is the number plate is a bit to low. The black trim under the bumper is always getting caught on bottom of hill junction and I find the plate is a bit to close but im alright I got the old style C3 which I wouldn't change to be honest. I got it intill 2008. Now Citroen has a 1.6i 16v Auto It dosent bother me having the Sensodrive for a few reasons. 1. I wanted the Exclusive Model which had the Sensodrive. 2. My C3 1.6i 16v Sensodrive is better on fuel than my brothers C3 1.4i SX Auto so god help the 1.6i 16v Auto. 3. I find the Sensodrive is great for over taken. I over took 3 cars yesterday and her performance was brilliant. On one hill in my area she can reach over 70mph my brothers C3 had a job to get 50mph up the same hill. One of the Dealer machanics said the Sensodrive is easier to repair than the Automatic gearbox. I was talking to the Salesman yesterday who sold me the car and he said that I haven't lost out by having the my C3 in April because the New Style is not much different than the old style.

The VTR+ model is suppose to be good on the 5 door version. If you are having a different stereo put in beware the C2 and some C3 owners have had problems doing this. Some C2 owners who fitted their own stereo couldn't lock the car afterwards intill the standard 1 was put back in couldn't turn the Alarm off etc So be carefull. I bet your insurance will be expensive being in Manchester City Centre. What Colour are you having?

Well my car took 8 weeks suppose to have had it in 4 weeks tops. If I had money and because I only can drive Auto/Sensodrives I would like to have a C4 2.0i 16v Auto Exclusive. Now thats a model you get alot more features than other C4 5 door Models. The C3 Exclusive dosen't have much more than C3 SX. But there is alot between the C4 Exclusive and C4 SX. The New C3 1.6i 16v Exclusive Sensodrive does 118mph 0 - 62mph in 12.6 secs. The Old C3 1.6i 16v Exclusive Sensodrive does 119mph 0 - 62mph in 11.9 secs. weird The C4 is coming very popular on the Motability scheme because of the Nil Deposits on the 1.4i 16v LX/SX and the 1.6i 16v SX/VTR Coupe so the C3 is less popular on the Motability scheme as it used to be.

The Exclusive should have had the folding Mirrors non stop. Not fair really on owners like us Jazzster. Like my I seen a C3 SX Tuscan Blue style 1 Reg CE55 EYR in town the other day then I pass a C3 LX Silver New Shape Reg CE55 EYV on the same bult of registrations because CE55 is only suppose to be for september registed vehicles then its CK55 for October which the local Vauxhall and Ford Dealers have started on the CK55 now. I wouldn't have been happy if I was the owner of that C3 SX then sene a new style C3 LX with one letter out from mine but I had mine back in April so it dosen't really matter to me. And they are still not doing the C3 in the Green I got I had one of the last ones. When I saw the 1.6i 16v SX Auto on Citroen UK I thought they were going to use the same gearbox and engine as the C4 1.6i 16v SX Auto. I drove my brothers C3 1.4i SX the other day it was terrible the gearbox was crap on the changes and its a new gear box. Sport mode don't work like it used to. Not very responsive. Note CE55 and CK55 are South Wales Registrations. Wozza when are you having your new C4?
