well atleast 3 of those are plug it into the Citroen computer and leave it for 5 mins and have a coffee :)

if they are glued on they you have the hassle of cleaning the glue off, paint fade ETC ETC...

when you get passed about 3500RPM the enine note is quite cool, a bit wheezy but I like it!! on a niose note...leave your air con turned on when you turn the engine off and it sounds like a space ship!! very childish I know but that is about my level :P

the 307 had quite a bit of body roll to, it is very tall though compared to the C4 Coupes...I have a Focus ST tommorow, we will see what thats like...

how random, I had one for about a month when my C4 was being put back together and that one wasnt to bad, but the one I drove to Bolton in at the weekend was very rough...muchos random

I think it is a bit of a model trait to be honest, if you want a really crap ride buy a peugeot 307!! makes the C4 feel like its floating!!

there have been a few people mentioning vibrations/body shake when the engines are cold. Mine shakes a bit when the engine is cold but sorts itself out after about 10 mins when warmed through. KFK might have an idea but I cant imagine there will be a fix for it apart from new engine mounts, or maybe slow the idling speed which may be an issue as the whole thing is CPU controled...

I am with safety engineer on that the test is really not that difficult, but it will make white van man/BMW driver think a bit... Mat, with you all the way...if you cant pass it in a couple of goes driving probably isnt for you...no offence if you passed on try number 4 :blink:

I noticed and slight knocking this morning at low speeds when the brakes where on, next time I am near the garage I will get them to have a look...

I used a little bit of tyre shine on the plastic bits, seems to do the job. The door handles are just a bit slippy for the first few hours :blink:

I reckon NXT tech wax on top of resin would be much goodness

But with ESP and ABS the car does what it needs to so you can keep your foot on the pedals and just steer where you want the car to go. There was an item on 5th Gear last night about Police drivers being retrained to learn how to drive cars with ESP as the old techniques needed updating. Ian Black VTR+ beat me to it :D I have a performance driving course in july that teaches the basics of high speed cornering etc in a safe enviroment oh and I get to rag an Aston Martin DB9 and a Bentley Continental GT ho hum :ph34r:

good point welsh!! I use autoglym super resin at the moment as I bought a bottle a few months ago...seems to do the job pretty darn well
