I too had the STOP PULL OVER warning in the middle of last summer in central London. It transpired that the fans would not cut in and the engine therefore reached maximum temperature. The RAC couldn't fix it so it was towed 40miles to my nearest dealer, who had the car for 9 days trying to fix it and then had the decency to charge £15 a day for a "courtesy" car
-
Mine reads KM until the engine starts too, I presume this is normal
-
Looks like a normal Stang with some fake vents stuck on the side, surely something like that will be the wrong side of 25k after shipping etc. Will only be worth half of that a couple of years later. Yank V8s are relatively easy to tune, or at least bolt bits to. Still the price mounts up. If you want a decent exhaust look up Hayward and Scott, there is no one better. They look good and sound fantastic.

There was a new Mustang GT running, looked very boring, sounded of nothing and wasn't very quick. I see an old guy driving a red Z06 with the roof down near me most evenings on the way home from work. I am contemplating a C5 Vette as my next car.
-
Wasn't a stock Viper was a racing Viper, stripped out. In fact there were 2, the other without the rear wing. Number plates were A10 CYL and N10 CYL.
-
The Viper couldn't get the power down, seem to recall it was doing 12secs and around 135 terminal. My fathers old TVR would do 6mpg, depending who was driving :o :o http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Random/bbwf_20.jpg The car has since been exported to Holland to a mad dutchman who regularly does this too. http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Random/th_4d84c9c8.jpg

Yup, infact the whole way down the left hand side of the car, albeit not clear in the photo. Was done last week on the Isle of Man

Didn't see 1 c4 all day. The GTS has some battle damage, if you look closely. The Viper which went for 20k on ebay was a repaired CAT D and looked like a shed on wheels. 6r4 is one of my favourite all time cars. My father has been contemplating buying one. There was an RS200 there but couldn't be bothered to upload more photos.
-
It is a write off, hence the CAT D in the description
-
Mine is a diesel, and I have managed not to get diesel on my hands so far and have now covered 44k in the C4 :)

How do you close the window? Press and hold the lock button, windows will auto close. I hold onto the fuel filler cap when filling up, never bothered me.

Unlocks or opens? Ciaran's point is there is no dedicated button to release the boot lid. Although saying that most cars which have the boot release on the fob are saloons, not coupes or hatchbacks.
-
There isn't a button on the fob to release the boot, well, there isn't on mine.

Don't know if anyone else attended this on Saturday. Every year the sun comes out along with a variety of cars and bikes to drag race along the sea front. I can well recommend it, especially for £10 which allows you access to the "paddock" area. Here are quite a few pics, I'll add more as I upload them so check back if you are interested. http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Brighton%202006/IMG_1279.jpg http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Brighton%202006/IMG_1201.jpg http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Brighton%202006/IMG_1212.jpg http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Brighton%202006/IMG_1215.jpg http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Brighton%202006/IMG_1220.jpg http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Brighton%202006/IMG_1225.jpg http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Brighton%202006/IMG_1227.jpg http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Brighton%202006/IMG_1231.jpg

People in the ///M Power forum say they are noticing a difference in the V-power over the old Optimax. Didn't know Sainsburys did a Super. I have tried Tesco 99 and mine certainly doesn't like that stuff or the BP Ultimate Petrol.
-
Well I wouldn't waste your money. Stick to the cheap stuff. I used to run my Westfield on 95RON and that had a modified Zetec, I also had an Astra coupe turbo which I ran on 95 RON. If I didn't have to run my Z3 on 98 I wouldn't, especially seeing as Optimax/Vpower is £1.04 a litre here.
-
The Z3M was built with the S50 E36 M3 EVO engine with 321bhp and then in 2000 they put the new S54 325bhp engine from the E46 M3. I would put money on it that if your car was to be rolling roaded with 95RON and 98RON there would be no difference whatsoever. The feeling with some people is psychological don't forget
-
My ///M is 11.3:1, which by my basic grasp of maths is higher?! The proof is in the written tests, 98 RON fuel won't make any difference to small engined cars.
-
How ridiculous, the type of fuel makes no difference to these engines. They are designed to run on 95RON. 98RON super will have no effect on the way they perform as proven by numerous tests. Only cars with high compression ratios will notice a difference using higher RON fuel, the C4 does not have a high compression ratio. Yet another get out by Citroen.
-
Mine grates when pressing it, asked them to lubricate it. Got the car back with oil all over the mat.
-
My BM went in and I got an Evo FQ320
-
If it rattles you have a problem as the ceramic material inside has broken. Don't know what a fart sound indicates
-
Glad I am not the only person to have noticed this. Citroen tell me they can't find anything wrong. It certainly isn't turbo lag as the power suddenly drops while accelerating from a standstill in 1st. Seems to be another problem which Citroen don't have an answer for.
