I think the C4 is one of the most lifeless cars at communicating anything to the driver the feedback it offers is next to nothing compared to what my clio or my little cinquecento is like or my old Golf. They were all better behind the wheel especially the cinq and golf no power steering meant you felt near enough everything. Plus there just good fun cars anyways.

Think its recommended mine run at 40psi according to the book at the rear think there on 41 now same with the fronts really i went with the manufacturers figures and they looked flat afterwards so i put some more in cause they really did look flat.

check my car weekly if anything needs sorting check fluids oil etc and also check tyres. I actually run mine slightly over inflated though being honest because i think it corners better nearer the limits to my driving style. So i run them all at 40-42psi front and back.

3 days ago and topped them up although was only down 1psi at the front.

Makes a change I suppose for once there not calling them cheap euro econoboxes.

As hams said though the 1.6 doesnt give much better economy than the 180 he has might be my driving style but i doubt it. Will try driving it as softly as i can and time things a bit more just dont think i can improve the MPG due to the low speeds my car is doing most of the time.

Macs have there uses im just not a fan of them personally.

I think even as stock the C4 has a fairly nice suspension setup for the type of car it is keeps bodyrolls down quite a bit anyways. Its quite stiff really. Obviously not as stiff as sportier cars etc but its not meant to drive the same way.

See due to me living in the city centre it think thats whats causing mine to dip down so much 29.3mpg at an average speed of 19mph.

Thats exaclt what i do reset the 2nd one everytime i fill up and use the 3rd one as an overall since i got the car. Mine seems to be averaging 29.3mpg over the entire time i have had the car which is ridiculous and i cant see it being my driving style thats the cause of the problem as im a smooth careful driver around town i have my mad few minutes but it shouldnt affect it THAT much.

I have a serious disliking to mac's overpriced crap in my eyes. There good for some things but everyone raves about how there better than PC's but most people cant seem to realise that theres very little difference to a PC running linux and the macOS apart from the GUI. Plus the new ones are suffering some rather bad technical issues know someone whos on there 4th one in 5 months and another person on there 3rd in 6 months. Dont fancy having to keep sending the system back lol. It seems to be quite common as well due to it being revision 1 of the hardware. And i would write a guide we will see how my money situation is in a couple months might do it then bit too much to spend now. Especially since im now broke again i dont think theres a single bill that didnt arrive this week. i mean everything came in 1 wee, visa bill, phone, internet, mobile phone, rent, electric etc lol just totally wiped my cash out. :o

Think it needs around 50-60mm to get the wheels sitting in the arches properly. How much did it help the handling lowering it though?

Ouch! that is rather expensive. Although i am seriously considering it now could get hold of the auto verison of windows quite easily. Which gives most of the features and i have all the hardware except the monitor. Wonder howmuch citroen would charge for the plastic bit from there satnav system installation? Cant see it being too hard to put in then. The touch screen windows should just detect as a normal HID device. And Then just a case of a £5 wire to hook the sound from the comp into my exsisting headunti and amps. Would probably costs me around £400 or so to get a good system setup. With the PSU being most of that since i would need a car pc power supply. Its a better and cheaper option than me buying an aftermarket satnav / dvd system etc.

Yup, Plus i dunno how much they would charger for that centre piece of plastic. Would need to see how much the aluminium finish kit is and do a bit of modding to it.

Not sure how bad they would look on there own they would need the front to be matched and the back with something i just cant find anything that suits the front of the car or the rear of it. And there the simpliest skirts around i have seen. And i plan on lowering the car at somepoint anyway its crying out for a 40 - 60mm drop.

I found some side skirts i like!!! My god its only rtaken me around 6 months lol. The lester ones look nice thoguh simple but enough to set it off i just dont like the lester fron the back apron isnt too back not a massive fan though. But that 2 tier spoiler looks awful too much for the car it needs smooth lines not complicated spoilers just sutble changes suit the C4 in my eyes since the lines of the car are near enough perfect as they are imho.

33mpg out of a 1.6 is pretty good to be honest. CHeck most manufacturers 1.6 petrol figures there aorund 30mpg,

There one of the best looking cars on the road currently. They drive well are very comfortable handle well. I think they need to stick the V6 lump in one though :P Should fit in there without much problem....Hmm ideas lol. My cousin saw it the other day and she didnt like it but meh its the first time i met her and she liked Corsa's so that says everything. And i should have got a silver one...nah lol. I did let my uncle take it for a spin the other day though and he now wants one. Was asking about prices and what you get with them etc really interested it seemed.

Id buy a VTS in the future if they had a faster turbo'd one. I just want something a lot quicker next time. The airbags work there just being reprogrammed to deploy differently in the event of a frontal impact. Brake squeal well you get it with any car with disk brakes just on this its a little louder. And not all the cars were effected by some of the other recalls. The last one my car didnt need anything doing to it they put it on the lifters had a look said mine was fine. Took less than 15 minutes. The brakes and reprograme they said should take about 3 hours so its not that long really. Most of the problems arent that bad just a case of making sure the car is as safe as possible. Its a new car expect things like this to happen. Sure the mercedez A class was recalled more than this if i remember right. And the Audi TT was recalled a fair few times as well. Its just what happens when you buy a new car thats why they usually release a 2nd phase of it with all the problems addressed. Recalls affect all cars cant really be helped. It happens with every marque just those with the more expensive cars dont moan as much cause they bought a more expensive car half the time.

I want it :P The real bugger is it woudlnt be too hard for me to put it together i dont think. I already have most of the bits i would likely need. I just cant go cutting my dash to bits not yet anyways lol. Need to get off my arse and finish my boot properly before anything need to mount amps in a false floor with some fans and make a new bigger sub box and then have that fixed into the boot.

Just use image shack or photobucket host pictures on there then make a thread for pictures of cars faces etc for people.

No navidrive in mine but the otherscreen everything seems fine on it the english is english etc. Dont think most of the things make a difference to me when i went with the aftermarket approach for most things satnav / stereo etc.

I need to get myself a PC polisher only way to get results like that. And if its waxed polished properly should be really easy to keep it clean afterwards.
