Before you go through pulling out all the trim and stuff and go through all the heartache of wiring it in, I would double check that your phone actually permits the functions of these buttons through Bluetooth. Not all phones permit control with the stering wheel buttons through Bluetooth. I know for a fact that many Samsung models dont actually have any control via the steering wheel. I would imagine the buttons have the wires and are just waiting for the box of bits to be added.

I might have got on the wrong end of the horse with this response.... Maybe we dont but then we dont work for Citroen and get to see the ins and outs of all the technical manuals. Its only right to ask fair questions and as stupid we may sound and think we are, you have to respect that we are not partial to this type of information being the end user. On the other hand Citroen providing a "hand over pack" with every vehicle is completly impractical and will likely never be read by the end user, hence why we have manuals. When someone tells you of a "mode" outside the scope of that manual we are likely to ask questions. I dont see who was mocking who for helping?

Polyvinyl chloride?

Owning a Citroen we do at least have one saving grace. Once the black box has been fitted pull out the fuse and when you are asked why the milage increased but the car "apparently" remained in the garage you can blaim it on an inherrant electrical fault.
-
You'd probably have to pay VAT on the charge to install the "black box" as well.... Is there VAT applied to MOT charges?

Were you parked on a hill when you noticed this? A couple of times I have left mine parked facing down a very steep hill and it flashes up with low oil. Only until you park it on level ground turn the ignition off and on again does it sort itself out. You dipstick however is the only real true indication of how much oil is in the engine...when parked on the level.

Does "showroom mode" mean that it self cleans itself, polishes, vaccums itself out and adds that new car wiff to the interior? I'd like that mode. :D Cant say its something I've evercome across and I am sure the Citroen bods on here will be honest enough and able to tell you what it means...

And some pics here too...

All the VTS's I've seen in nearly a years of ownership have all been HDI ones, have yet to see another petrol one, not that is an acurate indication of sales however I have seen tens of Astra VXR's and Focus ST's. Seems a bit odd, perhaps the cost of installing testing inspecting HID as standard has increased?

They look ok, nice and chunky certainly not some flimsy picnic table riveted to the car. They are pre finished in a nice glossy black and IMHO make the arse end of the Coupe look much better. Without it just seems to be missing something. Of course at the end of the day it is your car and you are entiled to do what you want to do...

Looks good and welcome. Get yourself a spoiler, because we'll all pester you if not!

I dont think it is unreasonable to assume that any seat covering material should be up for the job leather or not. I looked but it only item of clothing it mentions are sun glasses. When I bought the car I negotiated an extended warenty out of the dealer, read through the T&C's and it mentions that it does not cover tears or damage to seat coverings and fabric. My argument is nearly 2years and already seat coverings are damaged, the car has hardly done any miles so is the fabric really up to the job? I can see this going on some time with the dealer, just need to get some time off work so I can get it down there :D

Have already had this done by someone leaving a leaflet under my wiper. took the paint off the back lip of the bonnet.

So next time you start boasting about the length of your skid marks Welsh, we now all know you arnt talking about the ones that are made by applying brakes hard and letting your wheels locked up. :D Whos for a "whip round" for some upholstry cleaner for Welsh? 20p in the pot as a starter

The damage has been caused (I would assume) by persistant rubbing of clothing on the same patch everytime you get in and out of the car, and can only assume not helped by wearing jeans. I'll try the warrenty route first although I can see it is going to be a battle. There are some other bits as well that need doing so here goes!

I havnt priced it and dread to think how much it would be, besides which it is the seat back side right hand side where you slide over it to get in to the seat. And if I try and claim what do you think the best way to put a case forward would be? Suggest that the material used to cover the seat isnt durable/resistant enough? Arnt they just going to turn around and say "so what dont wear jeans.." Any help suggestions and advice would be most apretiated :D

On the Halfords site they have some kits that looks like you glue using some sort of epoxy type resin and then iron over a "matching" patch. Being that the hole isnt huge and not always in line of sight I'm not so worried about an "exact" match as long as its near as damit, what I am worried is the split getting bigger. If not there are also some Vinyl seat repair kits for motorcycle seats (Coolcarbon?) have you had any experience with these? I'm quite a crafty/arty guy and reckon I can do this as long as it doenst look like I've stuck black insulation tape over the split. The other option is this... LINK I wondered about the pro repair route, but one thing that bothered me was the logistics of getting the airbag disconnected then take the car to be repaired and then ensure the car doesnt "have one" whilst the bag is disconnected and driven.....and then getting the car reconnected and configured because the airbag has "had one". You can see the forum pages already - Upholsterer has sewn my airbag to the seat HELP! Either that or it goes off in his/her face as they stick the needle through it. Although reassuring to see its not only mine that has this problem, it is obviously a weak spot in the design of the seat where it is abraded by clothes. Perhaps Ham we should start to wear Parisien Aut'couture clothing without any harsh jeans rivets....?

I must congratulate on your excellent choice of colour, however make sure you keep the car shampoo stocks high as this colour doenst half show the dirt well

:P  Ike and Tina Turner - Yes...Tina Turner in the 80's and early 90 - No. It just brings up memories of her in Mad Max Return to Thunderdome - awful.  There is only one Mad Max and that is the original first one! -
Thats not an option, for the size of the damage I'd be happy to replace the panel but not the hole car. Besides which if I do that I still have the seat airbag to contend with. What about these repair kits you can get, does anyone have any experience with them? My heart sunk when I saw it

Cleaning the car at the weekend I noticed that the drivers seat has become damaged  There is a small split about half inch long on the right hand bolster where the Alcantara meets the Vinyl although it is not split along the seam, it is adjacent to it. It hasnt completly split through to the padding material beneath however you can see the backing material of the vinyl. I'm absolutly gutted about this and can only think that this has been caused by the rivets on a pair of jeans or something getting in and out of the car... I know a pic would help, does anyone know if this the of thing is repairable? I'm just worried that if left the car will become a prime example of the old thread bare Citroens of the past and the material will split more... I'm gutted

1st Disappointment With Citroen & Navidrive (rt3)

Hurray! <_< -
I think it is petrol 180 VTS only Stu..I think. I seem to remember reading it and thinking that it was remarkibly low milage for a belt, but then if it goes bang thats it. The Foci belt was good for 100,000 but everything else timing belt related failed and (as on mine) gave up before the belt did. That made some intersting nosies both under the bonnet and at the dealers.
