I'm pretty sure the majority of the lights in Bristol are all timed and on induction loops in the vain attempt to keep traffic moving... which it doesnt. :D
-
A gallery for all us rouges to post pictures of our cars :D
-
Dumb question :D How do you test the alarm? Never heard mine, yet locked the GF in the car the other day (accidently of course). Now she either sat incredibly still (very doubtful) or the passive sensor jobs didnt do the job
-
And did it work? :D

Only once have I seen a Gtaso go off whilst in a queue of traffic..... We were sat in a long queue of traffic and we had token Max'ed Nova GTE infront. As the traffic in front moved forward they would hold back until a big gap formed and they'd floor it up to the end of the queue. Unfortunatly he did this as he went passed a camera in a 30mph limit and thus *FLASH* - *FLASH* got snapped. ;) Complete nugget.

and the chav car doesnt even have a spoiler fitted...

Is it me or the angle of dangle... but is the side skirt longer than the body of the car? ;) http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/8876/23873827full6ac.jpg

It sounds like you have a bag of washers in the door pockets with a few Biros in for good measure. I have this although NOT the JBL upgrade

As before the little boxes mounted ontop are for camera operation. The Gatso... http://img442.imageshack.us/img442/6088/trafficsignalcamera5iv.jpg and Monitron http://img442.imageshack.us/img442/6668/g2217hf.jpg (Set up as a speed camera) are typically mounted by lights for snapping Red Light Jumpers. Side note the above pic of the monitron is taken about half mile down the road from where I live and can also see the Gatso in the distance (above Yellow mini) which also faces the same direction. Thankfully the large sign infront of the Monitron has now been removed. I dont condone speeding et al and we all make mistakes....Monitrons are complete bar-stewards on Traffic Lights as not only will they go off if you jump the light they will also knick you for speeding through the lights. So even trying to race the lights and succesfully get through, but if you are over the limit you've had it.

Keep an eye on the weather forecasts for the week at least the gritters are going to be out spreading the salt/molasses mixture....

I think Wozza mentioned this in a thread somewhere lastweek and cant find the thread so thought I'd duplicate it B) Is there anyway we can put together a gallery of all our C4's into one place that we can all contribute too? Wondered if there is a picture sharing website out there that we can all add too or something, however not sure how the logistics of sharing passwords usernames would work? Now that the worse side of the winter has gone and Spring is on its way no excuse for dirty cars any more.

 I think when we moved we had about 20 safe places. I got it in the neck last week because I put £240 of John Lewis vouchers "in a safe place" and thus spent two hours looking for them. Moving house is so much fun

I bet he was as well... I bet there will be sea salt contaminated perfume being sold in the local shops soon.... Judging by the size of Branscombe I'm sure they wouldnt pay a beat officer to solely patrol the streets, it'll be completed in about 5mins the place is tiny. Still think its a shame, I'm not an Environmentalist by any stretch however hope it dont dump its load. It is a great part of the world down that way and would recommend a visit to anyone...

I love this quote off the BBC Website... Branscombe Police's Pc Steve Speariett said..... "Around 50 BMW motorbikes were carried off the beach last night," he added. Good to see they are on the ball to stop people looting, I suspect he is the only PC at Branscombe Village and moving 50 BMW motorbikes up a shingle beach is no mean feat! I'm sure it will be ok Stuey...

I think it is a grey area and is only probably answered by the insuarance company as I suspect the T&C's vary from company to company. The way I look at Insurance companies is that will always try and get out as paying as much as they can and look for anything that aids an excuse. I'd give them a bell and ask, afterall thats what part of your policy pays for. No harm, afterall you havnt fitted it yet.

Of course with the Specs Cameras (Average Speed Cameras) you only need to change lane and they get confused   Dont forget with the Speed Limiter if you set it at 30mph go down a hill you will exceed 30mph as the limiter has no control on the engine braking or braking system...

I'm not a techno IT guru but have found that different ripping software has eppies with my MP3 player. Its works with one program but refuses with others.

also pics of cars upside down oin the beach with containers on top...such a shame and me and the gf visit Branscombe alot, just hope nothing else comes of it... Could also look on the bright side stuey "if" you panel was on there it will be smelling sweet and clean with all the shampoo and perfume that went over board. Anyhow.... I'm not sure how Citroen will warrent the anti corrosion warenty after spending a weekend in the English Channel. :)
-
Just wait for the summer...lilos, beach balls, inflatable dingie's...... :D
-
...and the little Citroen scratch card I was sat down in the dealer and handed this as if it was the holy grail with the following "Do not loose this" being drilled into me... :)
