Sure we just resoldered the joints and it worked a treat. medium wave is a must for me as i love listening to dutch radio 747 mw and i have no problems listening to it in a c5

  6. is it definatley a petrol or was that a type error. if its a petrol job look at the end of the camshaft were the petrol pump is and see if its a siemans pump. they are notorious for the pumps failing and giving low rail pressure faults

  17. Check the fuses as theres one for each side also check multiplug to headlight
  18. the kam codes ( keep alive memory )are a nightmare to find and fix. they are to do with the adaptive drive cycles. It changes every time you drive due to diferent input from driving and the sensors. when a battery is disconected it loses its memory. this is one of the reasons why there is a proper battery disconect and reconect procedure. Chances are it will be the internal control module and you will need a diagnstic machine to sort it out. possible causes/test you can do are clear codes everytime before starting these test check all batery terminals and do a bsi reset then check to see if code has come back. Unplug alternator and start engine (alternators can cause this code when they give out to much resistence) and see if code has come back Make sure alternator is putting out 14.4 volts and that battery is holding the voltage ok. Check all earths around engine and dashboard check all wiring around the ignition and ecu and ecm/pcm modules. And finaley pray to any god you no as these are just horible codes to put right. take your time and double check everything and dont rush into buying pparts
  19. only way to be sure is to do a actuator test using lexia or a top end scanner. As it could be anything from a lose wire/wiper stalk/bsi/fusebox
  20. toul need lexia or a decent diagnostic scanner. nost garages should be able to do it for you
  21. Thers seems to be no mileage lifespan on a dual mass. seen them go at 15k before and others do a 140k. I think its down to how quick u let the clutch pedal up
  22. Put your key in the lock and lock the car manualy and let the key come back to 12 oclock now turn the key to lock the car again and keep it held over for 5 seconds then remove key and use use fob as normal. the car is telling you that something/someone has upset the alarm system
  23. pretty bog standard clutch to remove. nothing tricky or hidden just check the dual mass flywheel for signs of wear and replace if needed
  24. its a very common fault on the ignition barrel on the relays they just fail. easiest way is to just replace the the lock but use your old barrel to save having to get keys.. the age dictates the price with the barrel that has the transponder ring being more epensive. what year is the van http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/IGNITION-LOCK-BARREL-FIAT-DUCATO-CITROEN-JUMPER-RELAY-PEUGEOT-BOXER-2002-2006-/131167980391?hash=item1e8a388b67:g:EmUAAOxyZzlTdOI6 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FIAT-DUCATO-CITROEN-JUMPER-RELAY-PEUGEOT-BOXER-94-02-Ignition-Lock-Barrel-Keys-/111040058682?hash=item19da80d53a:g:9b0AAOxyeZNTPtc9
