Ham, you need to move your pics into your folder. Edit: I've done it for you
-
use this link.... http://s159.photobucket.com/albums/t123/citroenc4/ then add a folder and stick your pics in it. Password is: citroenc4 I would have started this off and posted some myself, but (a) I don't have any good pics and (b ) I am on dialup at the moment as the broadband is knackered, and looks to be this way for some time

as C4VTS said.... I don't know of cameras on top of traffic lights, only the ones positioned just before the lights that look like mini gatsos. Or if in London you have to watch out for the CCTV cameras which have a habit of catching you in yellow hatched boxes

If she were the policy holder and you were a named driver then it is probably insurance fraud. The insurance company would have pretty strong grounds not to pay out if that were the case

I drive mine hard and it returns a minimum of 49mpg

You said it.....torque. Diesel will pull better than the equivalent petrol when the turbo is up to speed.

5 of my screens have broken as a result of stress, Citroen wouldn't have anything to do with it.

Independant specialists are the way forward, they have to be good or no one would bother going to them. Just a shame that my lease company insists I use main dealers.
-
RAC Autoglass are ok, I am on screen no.6 on the C4 and they have replaced them all.

Stick ons on the inside of the rim. When I say they became unbalanced, I mean that they were balanced prior to the new tyres and now kwikfit have had their hands on the car to replace the rubber they have managed to balance in way that means my steering wheel judders violently at motorway speeds

Seem to recall it was about £500 with elephant.

Time for some more naming and shaming..... Took my car into Motorsales Citroen in Harlow today (family owned dealer) to have the service indicator software updated and injectors replaced. Arrived and after 15 minutes wait the service advisor finally found my details and I re-explained a couple of times what work needed to be done, just to make sure she understood and I wouldn't have to come back. I was then told that despite my appointment being booked 2 weeks prior, there was no courtesy car available, but there was a van! Didn't worry me too much as the work was only meant to take a day and I only had to get to the office. I was taken over to the van which transpired to be a xsara estate parts delivery van with no rear seats and numerous bits of external trim missing (battle scars). As you can guess I wasn't overly enamoured by the vehicle and on opening the door and seeing the state of the interior with no rear view mirror I requested my keys back and got the lease company to book the car in elsewhere. Who in their right mind would give a customer a parts delivery van as a courtesy car! Another minus point for Citroen, good work chaps

Went to kwikfit today as I had a screw through the middle of my front tyre. While I was there they told me I needed both rears replacing too, bearing in mind my car was serviced last week and Citroen didn't bother to tell me my rears were below the wear bar. To top it off the wheels are all unbalanced again, and the dealer only managed to get them balanced them last week after having a juddering steering wheel for the past 20,000miles....arghhhhhhh...so back to the dealer again next week. Kwikfit also wanted to put the new spare on the car along with the other 3 replacements, unfortunately Citroen provide you with a 15" steel spare with a balloon tyre, so no can do. Just have to wait another 1000miles to wear out the one remaining old tyre.

Sounds like Citroen service in general, not just this specific dealer.
-
Indeed, that and the Audi TT for the same reason. They did look better pre-wing.

Aha, hopefully better than the poor effort Mercedes made with the A-class. Drove this back in 1999, gearbox looked exactly like a manual but no clutch so would creep like an auto in first. Good in theory but impossible to get a smooth change, made a crap car even worse.

Sounds like the same situation I am in, however I have given up. Something rattles in my nearside door and also behind the glovebox. When I unlock the car the mileage shows in Kms but reverts to Miles, but has always done this and it doesn't bother me. Since my 50k service my service indicator has a mind of its own, car was serviced last week, I have reset it 4 times and it still reverts to 0. Cruise control works until you pause it 5 or so times, then it says "speed control fault" dealer says no errors logged, therefore nothing they can do! Passenger door handles doesn't retract either, however I sorted this with some WD40. I have now realised after going to 5 different dealers and being treated badly by all them that it must be a Citroen trait. I certainly will never ever have another Citroen and if I owned this car I would have refused it by now.

You ought to try the DSG box. I have driven both the Golf 2.0tdi DSG and the 3.2TT with DSG both are fantastic with seamless changes

I like to keep the hedge tidy but takes a good day to do it all. The hedge does serve a purpose, hiding the other garage from view Just noticed the VX sneaked into shot, even that is filthy.

Haven't had internet at home since posting this topic but have managed to upload a couple of pictures at work... http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Random/IMG_1469.jpg http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c298/alexlomas/Random/IMG_1472.jpg

You have too much time on your hands!

My fathers 55 plate Saab 9-3 has a similar problem, everytime it rains the parking sensors fail and the on board computer goes mental.

Ever thought about going for cheaper tyres? Michelin aren't that great anyhow.

My TomTom is stuck to the bottom right hand corner of the windscreen, but as you say the wire has to drape across the dash
