Looks good mate. Prefer it to the C3 to be honest. Driven them both and I enjoyed driving the C2 didn't so much like the C3. Have fun though nippy little things and great handling so chuck able.

Ok basically as this forum is getting busier and there are only 2 people who mod the entire forum and I don't do as much as I used to looking for someone to take over this section solely. So from the general users on here stick up who you guys would like to have as a mod and I can then sort someone out with some moderator abilities.

Tighter and better machining now means run in really isn't that needed. And on a couple other forums I frequent it is basically common knowledge that the ones driven hard from day one are the quickest cars. Usually proven by RR days as well. The engine isn't going to die if it is heated up properly before thrashing it. I know Fiat and a fair few other manufacturers do the equivalent of a 500 mile journey on the engines before putting them into the cars.

No idea with a C6. As I believe it uses a different head unit. Not many people experienced with the C6 either due to its rarity think you are the only C6 owner on here.

the first one is the main bit. The 2nd is the interface for whichever type of headunit you have. You can't expect an Alpine adaptor to work with a Pioneer or Sony unit etc. So they have multiple adaptors instead of one large expensive one which would be a pain due to all the connections needed to fit behind the unit. There is no pictures, No real thing to say the C4 is getting the engine apart from a couple Magazines. The 308 has only just got it so can't see it taking much longer for the C4. The Bioflex can run on E85. Increases the power very slightly compared with filling up on petrol whiel lowering emissions and being cheaper to run.

Swap the red and yellow wires around.

Requires a very low tech approach to fix it. A bit of WD40 or oil sorts it out.

There is supposed to be a new 1.6 Turbo 175hp engine joining the C4 linup soon to replace the 2.0 180hp engine. Which is virtually discontinued. The C4 range has been downsized quite a bit recently. Certain trim levels have gone completely and in others you now get 1 choice of engine etc. So looks like Citroen are getting ready to roll out an updated model C4 soon. Hopefully the new engine comes out soon as I want another C4. Nice 1.6 turbo would go down well.

Saw one of the sport red loebs the other day first time I had seen one in months. Love that colour. Wished I could have had a C4 Loeb now in sport red. Shame they weren't about when I was getting mine. Do like the C2 though I was only driving the 1.1 Furio but it wasn't bad was quite nippy. 1.6 should be pretty good fun. Enjoy it mate. Drove a C2 the other week was the best of the smaller Citroens I have driven really rather enjoyed having it. They also look nice. Although I think you should have got a red one. I am slightly biased on that though. :D

The EGS is supposed to be quite good though. Better than the sensodrive it replaces. Got an extra gear for a start. Although would still prefer a manual but in a big car like the Picasso..does it really matter? Whole idea is the car is big and comfy and a bit of a cruiser so the auto boxes would suit it better. You could go for a regular auto which is also a 6 speed box and is not lmited as much as the EGS on torque. The Auto 2.0 HDI actually gets the full amount. The EGS is detuned slightly. The Auto also has a flappy paddle override for when you know best.

Was in the C4 that I got that. Was due to doing a few runs to Bolton and back around a 30 mile round trip. Once I get back into Manchester city centre it drops big time but then I am lucky to get out of 1st gear. So can drop as low as 19mpg. Depending on state of traffic and how much time spent in city centre. hopefully I will get my C4 back this week. As I am missing it. Been complaining for months the gearbox wasn't quite right change felt sloppy etc. But was always told it was normal. Drove another C4 which had a much better change and didnt grind going into 3rd if you changed quickly. But again fobbed off. Took it in for a new CV boot was told later the driveshaft had gone a couple days later when it was changed. They then tell me I need to pay for it and warranty wont cover it. Then warranty decides to cover it they change the shaft and then discover the gearbox is knackered as well. Fun times! Glad it happened now coming up for 3 years old.

43mpg how rubbish are you. I managed to get 42mpg out of a Petrol engine just before it had to go in to have its gearbox stripped down. I award you a grade of C-...must try harder. On a serious note and no pee taking glad you can post again mate.

It will play MP3's that are encoded to be regular CDA audio files fine. Some however will actually play MP3's from a data disc only way to find out is to test it. The unit is iPod compatible as well but you have to buy an extra part for that either cheap way which just involves plugging it into the headphone out works out around £15 + a little of your time. This way works for all MP3 players. Or the expensive way which is around £120 and some time again. But that allows full integration of the ipod meaning it will charge and you can change tracks on the ipod via steering controls etc. Think this way is iPod only.

The 1.6 jumps to around 140-150hp so your talking a quicker car than the 2.0 HDI. And apparently it is rather noticeable. With an increase in MPG. Or a slight decrease if you drive it hard. More power = more fuel burned. But driven normally due to the increase of torque and smoother power band you typically get a better driving car with better mpg. There is no cover as such for the tools etc just the carpet. Put the tools in the yellow tray I think it is which sits in the middle of the wheel and then you strap it down and put the carpet over the top again thats how mine is anyway.

The Clutch is somewhat known about to be an issue as well. But the high clutch is a trait of the car they have high clutches so that bit is perfectly normal. The slipping obviously isn't. Can you try another dealer?
