  1. I dont think its your bsi. i would find the leak as i think the water is shorting the wiring out at the multiplugs thats why it drives lovley when dried out. your bsi cant be goosed one minute then fine the next then back to being goosed. Has the car had a windscreen fitted at all if so check the seals. also check the drainage pipes on the front scuttle panel under windscreen
  2. Thanks for comming back and letting us know
  3. yep weve wired them into tab lighter sockets permently and had no probs at all
  4. yep not a lot to worry about
  5. Is it a citroen dealer that your using or just a general garage. Are the hazzards and interior lights working and does the ignition come on. What codes come up when it was plugged in. Citroens will slip into economy mode when cranked over for to long without starting and if your not to sure about them you could think theres no power to the ecu.list the codes that the diagnostic pulled up
  6. You cant adjust the suspension height when the car is traveling at that speed thats why your lights are flashing. so your system is fine and will work perfect when standing still. and go with pauls answer regarding the grinding
  7. Flush the cooling system out and get the head gasket checked. The cheapest way though would be to lift your right foot up a inch
  8. Have you got the car set a the correct height or are you carrying any heavy loads when it happens
  9. With a daily comute of just 25 miles on country lanes, Do the engine a favour and take it on a good run half hour on the motorway at about 70ish then give it a good work out round the town getting the revs nice andhigh. youl be surprised at the difference afterwards
  10. If they were my readings id be quite happy with them. everything looks good. And your correct about the dpf presure
  11. Get your tracking checked instead and it will put your steering right
  12. Im sure its to do with the g thing 2g 3g 4g as the phone your putting your sim into is 8 years old
  13. Agree with paul youl need the fault codes to take this any further
  14. Sounds like an oil change and a diagnostic session is what it needs
  15. Any reputable garage should have the settings and be able to track it up properley in 20 mins
  16. Hello and welcome to the forum. Might it not be easier to just replace the whole mirror unit
  17. All the wiring will be there itl just be a case of activating it with lexia and maybe a couple of fuses and a relay
  18. go by the colour of the mutiplug that conects it. itl be either green or yellow. And just order the same
  19. if you look on the outside of the rubber sealing ring that goes round the tailgate next to where the light are youl see 2 black plastic caps (about the size od a 10p coin) remove them and youl find 2 10mm bolts undo them and pull the lens off the car. they can be done in situ but its much easier this way
  20. I think the diagnostic tool your using is wrong. The readings youve put up arnt right and it would be impossible for the engine to run on them readings. your just throwing good money after bad here and as is always the case when more than one person works on a car youl get conflicting views. Take it to the dealers for a full diagnostic print out then start looking for the fixes
  21. Might be worth checking the switch/wiring to the interior locking switc (if you have one)
  22. speaking from experience dont even go anywhere near the ride hight adjuster unless you have a ramp or a pit. pay the dealer to do it because if it goes wrong youl end up dead or if your lucky have 18 months of pain and 5 operations
  23. could be anything but your going to have to get it plugged in. Just a quick one in the glove box fuse compartment there is a shunt fuse marked sh. pull this fuse out for about 15 seconds and then put bac in. this will reset ecus on your car. its different to a bsi reset try it and see if it helps also have you tryed resyncing the key
