  1. Appears the intranet system is blocking them at work. Will take a look when I'm at home next!
  2. Can't see the pix?
  3. 22 ;) 23 this year....

    C4 Vts

There's a fix for the door handle thing is there? Didn't know that! Mine does it occasionally :)
  5. Stuey is spot on RE: my alloys....I have my new ones (18") on my C4 now, and with 225/40 tyres on the alloys are fine :)
  6. lol just pray he hasn't put a curse on your brakes!
  7. Not sure about that...only reason I know it works is because Citroen always seem to disconnect my battery when they work on my car. It's annoying in some ways because they can't convert the car back to MPH because I have an aftermarket stereo...so I have to do it myself :P
  8. Glad you've sorted it now. I have an even easier way to go it next time - because your car came set up as kph all you need to do is disconnect the battery for a few minutes...this should rest the car to its default language/settings
  9. Petrol prices suck! In the grand scheme of things I use next to nothing petrol wise (£20/£30 a week I think) but I hate paying that much for it. I feel for my brother...who owns a 1.8T Ibiza... :(
  10. ........or get a new credit card :(
  11. Dont buy VTS wheels unless you can get them on the cheap - remember - ebay is your friend! As for the spoiler (on-topic!) - Be careful with the plastic trim you need to remove to get at the screws for the spoiler...I was a little rough with them and managed to snap a clip or two. Sit fits nicely but tends to rattle a little when I have the tunes up! :o
  12. I voted "one minor fault affecting driveability", as my engine mount problem (which has resurfaced after Citroen fixed it 2 months ago) causes me to drive ultra "nicely" (i.e. every gearchange is treated with too much respect!) The good news is that I found a thread on the Planet Citroen site from a guy with a 1.4VT Coupe who had the exact same problems as me (engine mount and tappets) and apparently the engine mount problem is known about, with Citroen having developed a stronger & more robust mount to replace the knackered one(s). Hopefully we'll see on the 10th when the car goes in!
  13. Do you think I could buy one of these mirrors from Citroen? I take it is is plugged into the Cars ECU, or does it just rely on sensors in the mirror?
  14. Technically no they are not. However....because its not a corsa or a fiesta and I dont look like a chav I have never been pulled over. Funny that isn't it! On the serious note they are the lightest I could get from the guy that fitted them.
  15. Ebay is your friend - Linky Linky ! C4 spoiler for £100 inc P&P. Will need painting though, but that way you can have it in whatever colour you want.
  16. Nice pix you got there!
  17. I saw the advert and I went and bought one....
  18. Well as you can see with mine - a decent set of alloys combined with tints and spoiler go a long way :D Would be fairly cheap if you pick your bargins and are patient - I would keep one eye :D on ebay as occasionally some good C4 stuff surfaces. My Alloys, Spoiler and Tints cost me under £800 combined - pretty good if you ask me :) Forgot to say - what problems are you having with the pictures? Have you got a photobucket account?
  19. Why would tyre sensors be required on a brake fix? :D
  20. The basic stereo quality is actually very good, and I suspect you will benefit even more because of additional speakers in the JBL package. Both myself and Wozza have Alpine systems, and although I can't speak for Wozza - the quality of mine is excellent. After-market steering wheel controls are being developed currently but expect to pay close to £100 for them. :D
  21. lol. I'm now booked in for the brake fix on the 10th July. Gave the reception manager the list of things I would like fixed as well and was told it would be no problem. Also told them about my new alloys, and was told they would be extra careful with them. Thats what I like to hear :D On a side note - both the reception women working in my local Citroen garage are v.good looking....anybody else know good looking Citroen people? :D
  22. Lowered 30mm on Spax springs - not much of a difference in ride height, but a lot stiffer on the corners. Has a bad effect on ride quality though!
  23. Have you got any pix of it? Can't remember if I've seen it, and is it a Coupe or a Hatch? You got any plans for it too?
  24. So what car you getting? a C4? I take it the one you've been driving is your parents?
