The trick in the situation is to wait until you are nearing a right hand turn. Just as he attempts to go past fling on you indicator, that normally works.

Not over convinced how it calculates it to be honest. It is exactly 1.1 miles from the nearest filling station to my home garage. Reset to zero at filling up, on average I get a fantastic 16mpg to my garage door. i get out leaving the engine running to open the garage door get in the car and it is then reading 12mpg and falling. Think lowest I have seen is 10.3mpg. However...whilst driving the car I have to drive at a speed above 12mph (?) for the computer to start showing a calculated mpg read out....makes sense. So why when I'm stationary does it read fuel consumption, but between 1mph and 12mph or what ever the figure is does it not? :) Anyways this is digressing off topic!

I'd imagine they would as they are different colour to standard bulbs for a start and probably have a completly different beam profile?
-
... if looked after :) But yes in normal circumstances they will out live the fronts at least two sets to one if not more.

Welsh, all you need to see is the two gold/yellow halos behind in the dark... right? As long as they arnt intermitant flashing blue 'uns its OK :)

How often have you been checking your tyre pressures and do you keep the boot loaded all of the time? Just a thought....

I know where you mean :D I think on the Citroen desk there is one person that does any work and all the others seem to stroll round with bits of paper going from one desk to another. Its amazing what you watch after sitting there for 5hours. Have you tried Citrotech round behind Temple Meads? They are listed on the Citroen website as a authorised workshop. Have the door rattle and intermitant cruise problem, but not looking forward to taking it in. Dont rely on the MPG readings either not the most accurate of things....just out of curisoity what figures are you expecting at 60mph?
-
Citroen charge £22.50 for their workshops to contact them? That is mad.... KFK, is there no way you can get back at the garages by asking them a question along the lines of the olde "stripey paint", "a bubble for a spirit level" or "a long wait?" questions? They always go down well. I seem to remember I confused the hell out of a work collegue (who was more experienced than me) if he knew where I could get a Radiator Cap for a VW Beetle. He was quite busy for a while. :P

From the pic on the web it looks like you rip out the trim around the inside of the hatch lid and replace it with a similar moulding with a blind and runners integrated into it. So in theory should be remove panel - install new panel. However I would imagine this would mean seeing bugger all with it down out the back window as apposed to semi bugger all without it, so not really seeing the point of it, especially as there is a parcel shelf to prevent prying eyes. However... The spoiler if parked facing the right direction* can cast a shaddow across the rear window and thus prevents the sun baking the contents of the car** and has the added bonus of making your Coupe look good. :D During the day just park your car in the shaddow of a non sap dropping tree. :D * - Usually early summer mornings and late Summers Eves. ** - Especially handy as your rear view mirror tends to flop about abit above 28c inside temp. Spoiler - You know it makes sense... :P

Thats all well and good and a great function if that is the case of how it operates, but surley that is making a simple function of demisting overly complex and unecessary? Would imagine full blast would do what ever the weather! -
Full size if you have the smaller wheels...I dont have a 17" spare in my boot :P

I knew a picture of a CV race would crop up after the pics of the Minis! :D In all seriousness what do they do to them to make them race prepared? :D I take it a lot of strengthing work goes into it? BMW MINI (note gramatical differences - believe it or not there is a difference)...I dont talk about them :D

I'm not sure on this one... I think the reason it says 50mph on it, isnt due to the fact that its not a space saver but wonder if it is because its smaller than the other three bigger tyres. Makes no real odds but I'm sure someone somewhere will try it on in the case of an accident whilst driving with a smaller wheel at 90mph. Either that or it has a very low speed rating?! :D Be interesting to see if a car fitted with the same size wheels as the spare has 50mph stuck on it? :D Me and the spare have been getting quite friendly recently hopefully it will be the end of our relationship :D

I think what you have described is right... I dont think it does come at full whack, however not sure if AC comes on automatically on flicking the button but this will also clear the screen faster if it is on. -
Was it an Ostrich? It must be warm where you are as you got your Cut offs on Mike! :D

And there I was saying that this was a friendly forum that wasnt overly moderated. :D Ah Wozza you stick in the mud! Wheres my hammer and sickle...

Boffin  :D

I'd imagine they'd come on as you've just turned them on! :D Why do Bananas go brown once peeled and left in the open, but do not go brown when opened and frozen?
-
Both mate and if you look they even offer luxury wood option. Have you seen the custom drilled/vented version in the back right of the pic? The Rolls Royce :D
-
They both have pro's and cons. Trims get stolen, come off, but are easily replaced if damaged. I never have trusted KF (see C4 forum for reasons) and their marketing tactics leave little to be desired. Glad you got it sorted in the end, are you going to replace the locking nuts now?
-
Ham? how come Penguins feet never freeze?

Excellent Job you'd never know... I had a look at lunch and noticed that the tuning market has cottoned on to the application of castors to the VXR and now offer an uprated braking kit... http://img297.imageshack.us/img297/452/castorglidesc9sn4.jpg Not bad for £7.50 I thought....
