  1. Welcome to the forum. I can not help with the radio change but you may find you need to get the right cable/connectors for a replacement to work. Any steering wheel switches may no longer work and possibly the car will not recognise the new radio so may give a fault message.
  2. In the Picasso, according to the Haynes manual, the fuel pump relay is in the engine fuse box. You could check if it is working by using a volt meter on the fuel pump fuse which is between the relay and pump, but still in the engine fuse box. Your handbook will say which fuse it is but Haynes suggests F25 15 amp, although they do change with different model years. With the ignition switched on, check for voltage and if ok then I still suspect the tank will need dropping so the pump can be replaced. Have a look at this topic http://www.citroen-owners-club.co.uk/citroen/topic/20294-picasso-20-hdi-diesel-wont-start/?hl=%2Bpicasso+%2Bfuel+%2Bpump
  3. Welcome to the forum. This must be a common problem if it also happened on your last car. Since it is under warranty I would go back to the dealer who should be aware of common faults. You could also join the Picasso forum and see if anyone there has come across this - there is a link on the index page to it.
  4. I wonder how this ended ? When I have had a flat battery the headlights come on as well as the wipers moving when trying to start the car, but the key symbol has not shown.
  5. If it is coming on too soon though it may be a sign the battery is not fully charged - should be about 15 to 30 minutes.
  6. When you switch on the air con with the engine running and the cabin fan on, can you hear the air con compressor kicking in ? The engine fan should also start up/stop frequently. When the air con was serviced what was done since this would normally include running it to make sure it is working ?
  7. I can not help with the sunroof, maybe you need to take it back to the dealer. You can read/print/copy in sections a manual from here but only from about 2007, however, many of the things will be the same on your car http://service.citroen.com/ddb/ - you may need to select your language first. You could also have in look in the drawers under the front seats in case the handbook has been put there.
  8. If it was 2 hours per side that is only around £300 labour, so the £801 does not seem right, a couple of bushes are not going to be £500 from a dealer.
  9. You could also put your old blades in to the replacement fobs.
  10. Welcome to the forum. You could go to a dealer to have it fixed and they will use their diagnostic equipment to decide what is faulty. Or you could replace more parts hoping to find the correct one. The coil pack is the next lowest cost item before the injector. You could also try swapping the injector to another cylinder and see if the fault changes cylinders. Also have a good look at the wiring and electrical connectors for any faults.

    Side Door

Welcome to the forum. Some very brief info here http://www.citroen-owners-club.co.uk/citroen/topic/23714-sliding-door-realignment/
  12. The parts diagrams do not seem to show anything. On our earlier model C5 there are drainage slots on the lower edge of the tailgate, so maybe you are looking at these.
  13. P1352 might be a glow plug problem. P0341 may be a faulty cam shaft sensor. P0102 may be the air flow sensor (MAF) is faulty and it may be this is the one that put the EML on with the others already being there but not affecting the running.
  14. A Citroen dealer will sell them. They may be part no. 611256 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Citroen-Xsara-Picasso-Dash-Speedo-Cluster-Bulb-Holder-New-Genuine-611256-/141610784978
  15. On our cars the trip computer is reset by holding in the button on the end of the wiper stalk. It may pay to do this before a run to see what you are getting and then any earlier trips testing the car or possibly moving the car around the dealer will not be included.
  16. Citroen seem to use a tall funnel that fastens to the coolant expansion tank when filling/bleeding the coolant. This raises the level and puts a bit of pressure to help the air get out. When changing the coolant on our previous C3 1.4 petrol 2003 model, I applied vacuum (with a Mityvac hand pump) to the cylinder head bleed point to pull the air out since it was not coming out on its own, plus I did not have the funnel. Some air still remained and could be heard going round the cabin heater but after some use and a bit more bleeding it was gone. Also squeazing the various hoses helped a bit. If you want a workshop manual, the Citroen service box through ebay is worth having.
  17. I suspect not since I do not think the windows have position sensors.

    Lexia

I would try a message to Simple, he knows a lot about the Lexia and has posted on the C8 section plus there are links to his posts on the Petrol diesel LPG section http://www.citroen-owners-club.co.uk/citroen/topic/23278-lexia-diagbox-pp2000-topics-1822016/
  19. The parts could be Citroen part no. 699218 found under Equipment, Rear parcel tray, Rear shelf - luggages cover. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BRAND-NEW-GENUINE-CITROEN-SAXO-C2-C3-XSARA-PICASSO-PARCEL-SHELF-CORD-CLIP-699218-/121887038712
  20. You need to use a thermometer at the central air vents and it ought to show about 15°C less than the outside air with the air con on and air entering from the outside and set to the lowest temperature and out of the central vents with the flow on high.
  21. Which engine is it ? Also as a new engine wears in the mpg will improve.
  22. A Citroen dealer is probably a good place to start. You can also look at the parts diagrams as a free service to get the part numbers and search such as ebay. Register as an other professional, non emergency services and then as a member of the Citroen Owners Club on service.citroen http://service.citroen.com/do/changerParametres Once on the site, use your car VIN (VIS) top left to find your car.
  23. I guess this is a bit late now, but if you look at the small print in your policy, you may find the use of second hand and pattern parts is already there. If so, using the insurer's approved (low cost to them) repairer may still allow the car to be fixed and not written off. Is there any damage to the bumper or underneath and the roof where the hinges fasten that you have not noticed yet ?
  24. Could be the in tank fuel pump needs replacing. You could check for voltage at its electrical connector. To replace the pump (and level sensor) I think the fuel tank has to be lowered.
  25. The 1.4 petrol engine is prone to oil leaks at the driver's side from the head gasket. The oil way through the gasket has a rubber insert that perishes. A new gasket is the fix, if you want to bother. I would also check the power steering fluid level is ok.
