No cause i do the same but when my eyes start drying out then i open the window for a couple seconds.

No sub menu in the rd4 unit as far as i am aware. And you dont really get much choice on high and low pass filters etc like we do with after market headunit. Also think the sub is powered form a speaker input although not entirely positive about that bit. If you can find the amplifier in the car might have some adjustments on it that you can change to give you a little more oomph.

Navi unit is really nice. Remember looking at Lee's and saying I wanted one.

Who makes the C1 stereo? Clarion or blaupunkt?

Some of them are filled with sand lol. Few of the vauxhalls are as well. You can usually find a hole to thread something through though.

Nice one sure you will enjoy the car. Even with all the problems mine has and now i have another its still a great car. But i think i know the cause of the current fault. Had a squeak on my seat fixed by the dealer dont think they tightened up one of the nuts correctly come loose and now my seat is flapping about a bit. Cant see where it is though or i would sort it myself so just gonna take it back tomorrow maybe.

As long as Citroen official parts are used no. You can go to a specialist or something for the servicing. No manufacturer is allowed to force there servicing on you by law to withhold the warranty now.

Quite easy to get to the back of the unit quite a lot of room behind the dash easier if you remove the section of carpet above the pedals and just reach up. And you could just fix it somewhere under the bonnet with some cable ties and put the cable through into the cabin. Will still probably work fine. And stop you having an aerial sticking into the rear section of the car.

Put the dab aerial under the bonnet. See if it works there then simply drill a small hole through the firewall. Not too difficult and much tidier and easier to install. All they did on mine just drilled a small hole through the firewall and put a grommet in it. I would say put the Sony unit in though even though i dont rate Sony units it will be better than the one in the car to begin with.

I have mine set to HI when i first get in it. Then as it gets warmer decrease normally keep it at 20 - 22

To be honest chances are its gonna be useless depending on the headunit you pick. If you dont get a blaupunkt one theres no chance it will work. But you can probably sell it on and get a new changer for not much money. You can pick up 6cd mp3 changers for £140 new.

Nice one mate. Are your current wheels wrecked or could they be refurbished easily enough? As if its only cheap to get them back and repair them might be worth selling them on again might get a bit of cash for them.

Got it back today did not charge me anything did not even ask about any costs. But have to say the clutch feels so much better than it has done ever. Engages so much more smoothly now just so much nicer to drive now.

Last time i looked at mine it did not look like a full size wheel...then again i have never had it out.

Well its not a spare just an emergency wheel hence the 50mph limit when you have one installed.

forgot about that...its either gonna end up being useless or you can switch to a new blaupunkt headunit and try get a working cable to sort it.

Should be less than £50 to refurb that one though. You dont need to buy a new one. Mines getting done for £25 after my accident when someone went into me.

Dealers are being tossers mate. Yes you should have a display for your parking sensors. It needs to be enabled by being hooked up to the computer. Brakes there is a notice on this to have them replace the rear calipers and pads. Sure if you ask KFK or iannez one of them might be able to tell you a bit more from there computer side of things so that your dealer can check. KFK did print a list up a while ago of everything that can be enabled by your dealer via the computer just have a look around the forums.

I thought that when I first installed it. Then I got in the car and you cant see it out of the rear view at all. Visibility stays exactly the same....its like it was made for the car. :lol: :D
