http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r62/Petesvts/IMG_0016.jpg Love this pic... Really have to get my personalised plate soon..makes a big difference!
  2. Ok you guys are worrying me now.... But I love it !
  3. I know the photo I posted is a photoshop, but the conversion has been done - I've seen the pictures on the French Citroen website - will try to find them on my lunch later on today...
  4. lol I gave up trying to find VTS alloys - look for aftermarket ones  Got my brand new UNUSED alloys for £450 - previous owner paid £950 for them and NEVER used them once!!! Perfect fitment as well...remember...ebay is your friend!
  5. Yeah I loved the feeling of picking up my brand new car, particularly so because it was my first, and so different (still is!) from everything else on the road. Now that it's modified too it gets looks where ever I go too  Back on topic - forgot to mention my car does tend to give me electric shocks when I goto close the door after getting out of the car...does that count as an electrical fault?
  6. Wouldn't have anything to do with the fact that you drive a blue car would it ?  EDIT : I'll try and find the link...you have to be good with a soldering iron though and have balls of steel !
  7. Sign both reg plates up to dogging websites....
  8. Back on topic... There is actually somebody on the french citroen forums who has managed to convert all his displays from orange to ice blue...dunno if he's kept the redline 'red' though... http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c32/streettech/c4cockpitcopie7iq4cf.jpg
  9. 14k? Is that brand new? I would seriously consider looking for a mint second hand example of what your after as the prices drop considerably after a few months of ownership. For example recently a year old VTS with full extra's (18k brand new) and only 6k on the clock went for 9k....
  10. Btw Ham....have you got a close up of your number plate? Just interested to see what's in the 'blue' section to the left. My brother has a Seat Ibiza, and recently got some German style plates, and they look the business! I was thinking about getting some French style plates but can't really find as many good examples as the German ones. Might settle for the 'blue' section UK ones - have you got a flag or something in there?
  11. Yeah I believe they should fit comfortably - trust me.... I have 225/40/18 tyres with no problems, and a 30mm drop.

Can't view the pictures from work - they are blocked. Use photobucket and paste the links to them on here plz!
  13. Noted. :( I have problems with picking friends up - they tend to slam the seats forward as they get to jump in the back...and then decide to leave all zips / jewellery etc pointing towards my paintwork as they get in....
  14. I have the car lowered 30mm and regularly hit the number plate when going down multi-storey car park ramps, but that's all. The number plate takes the "hit" when going down the ramps anyway so no damage
  15. @ Rich I agree all the way there bud....Haven't cleaned the car in a few months...my detailing mad m8 owes me a free detail (because I sorted his website - check out www.cleanworxdetailing.co.uk) but there's no point in this weather...here in Wales it just cant stop raining... At least my new Clubland 10 CD set keeps me in a happy mood
  16. Too far from me sorry guys - but if your interested check out www.detailingworld.co.uk fantastic site with some amazing pictures of what you can achieve with a little effort..
  17. Sure I posted this link a while back ! Never mind...will let you take the credit  :o
  18. I dont think any of us have an Auto so never come across this before: http://www.parkers.co.uk/imagecache/file/630/archive/Citroen/C4%20Coupe/IMG_5814.JPG Not sure I'm liking it either when compared to the "original" steering wheel...
  19. lol add a few more batterys then :P
  20. Have you got the spoiler on the Coupe? This happens to me occasionally - I have found that if you press down (lightly!) on the spoiler when pressing the boot button then it will open. It is a problem with the boot release catch - I have had it replaced once already but might be a problem with a batch of them.
  21. You could try Ebay...I've been hunting round there for a JVC AVX2 on there...I want to watch DVDs in the motor and possibly even connect a freeview box too ;)
  22. You could message the guy who did the install and see what software he used - I'm sure you could write something similar using powerpoint or scala. They are relatively easy to use, and I could knock something up. Wozza if your gonna build something like this please write a report and take pix - alternatively we could always collaborate and work together!
  23. http://www.solocarputer.com/phpbb2/viewtop...opic.php?t=4354 An Italian site, but the pictures tell the story, and the results! A really neat looking In-Car PC for the C4...this is really tempting....
  24. I second that !! On the other hand...lets see what your wife looks like - then I can form a better opinion on whether it's good to keep her sweet or not !
  25. V.nice - love the colour! I am having my car cleaned this Saturday or Sunday I'm hoping so will provide pix then
