There is a used one on ebay which should give you an idea where to look for the makers part no. which will be a different no. to the Citroen one http://www.ebay.com/itm/PEUGEOT-406-607-807-CITROEN-C5-C8-HDi-AIR-FLOW-METER-1920AG-9632215280-USED-/361462429891 The MAF will contain the air flow and temp sensors.

Welcome to the forum. Is the car the 2001 to 2004 model or the 2004 to 2008 one, also which engine does it have ?
-
A new MAF is about £100 for a Citroen one or about £30 for a copy one through ebay, part no. 1920AG. For example http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CITROEN-C5-C8-01-04-AIR-MASS-SENSOR-1920AG-5WK9628Z-/330481411192 Sometimes copy ones may not work as well as a genuine one so something to be aware of if you get one and there are still faults showing.

The humidity sensor will be located similar to the Peugeot one, about in the middle of the dash behind a few small slots. Before you spend too much money/time on fixing the air con, I would have the refrigerant pressure tested to see if there is any left or maybe the diagnostic has already given you the presures. If there is none left, then since the air con has not been used for maybe 6 months it may be very expensive to repair and get it working again and you may just prefer to only get the blower working which might not need the humidity sensor.

If you use your Lexia to see live data you should be able to see what temperature the AIT (or IAT) is showing. Before starting with a cold engine it should be the outside temperature of about 10 to 20°C but after a while it may go up as the engine bay warms up but around 30°C might be a maximum. If it is showing anything different then check its connections/wiring but it may need replacing. It also looks as if the MAF (air flow sensor) could be faulty. Sometimes these can be cleaned internally with a carburettor spray. These also sometimes include the AIT sensor and looking at a photo from our previous 2004 C5 2.2 hdi, the sensor John has pointed out is not where John has shown. The MAF is on the engine side of the air filter. Also check its connector and wiring. Once these are sorted I would then check again for fault codes since it is possible they are related.
-
If it is not being caused by dirt in the window guides/seals at the sides or the lower edge which can be cleaned out, then I would take it back to the dealer under the warranty in case the winding mechanism is failing.

From your other topic your car is a 2010 C5 tourer and in January 2016 was on 105k miles. I have put this info as your signature. Did the problem of the jumped timing belt get sorted and what was needed ? Did the gearbox problem start after this work was done, just thinking maybe a connector was not put back or the wiring may have been damaged.
-
What year is your car and how many miles has it done ? A google search suggests you have a problem with communications from the AM6 gearbox to the ecu. if the codes are cleared do they come back again ? Maybe there is a bad wiring connection that needs cleaning up or a broken wire. From here the codes give http://c4owners.org/C4_Error_Codes.php P1605 Engine torque required by the driver information not received by the CAN fault (Engine ECU) : Not characterised P1727 Fault on the actual engine torque information not received by the CAN (Engine ECU) : Not characterised U1208 Fault in the information transmitted by the engine ECU : Value received incorrect As for the hose that is sucking in, maybe it needs replacing if it has gone soft and also possibly the air filter is blocked and needs replacing. You could also check for any restrictions in the air inlet piping and if the intercooler is full of oil from a worn turbo.

Another thought, did you replace the discs as well as the pads - if not, the wear ridge/corrosion that builds up around the outer edge of the disc may be wider than the width of a new disc and if not removed may be a problem fitting new pads. Did you check if the discs were not worn to the minimum since I have found once pads are worn out the discs are usually worn down as well.

Another possibility is the hand brake lever on the caliper is a bit seized so it is not fully back to let the piston go back. I have moved the topic in to a subforum since ones outside of one do not show after a couple of days and are then difficult to find.

C5 Suspension Fault - Pump Maxi Fuse Blowing Fault Code P1351
paul.h replied to 3001pv's topic in Problems and Fixes - C5
I will pin this and add it to the Common Problems topic, item 54. You will probably find P1351 will still be there since the glow plugs might be due for replacement -
I here in Denmark but seems a bit dear http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CITROEN-C5-rear-light-3-5-doors-RHR-VP8X8X-13405-AX-6351FA-build-200-/351646850081 I would try a Citroen dealer for one. A few years ago I had to replace the rear lights on our C3 and the dealer price was comparable to copy ones elsewhere but importantly they fit whereas the copy ones I first tried did not and had to be returned. Eurocarparts seem to have them at about £49 to £88 on their site but from my experience you should check if they fit, plus for the C3 they did not include the bulb holder, unlike the dealer part.
-
Maybe it has got water in it or a wiring connection on it has corroded and needs cleaning up.
-
Welcome to the forum. On the C5 Technical section there is a pinned topic of Common Problems to have a look at but 2 on the 2008 on C5 (X7) are a leaking steering rack and the front wipers not working. Both can be expensive to replace so something to check if you have just bought the car whilst it is still under warranty.

From a Peugeot forum it suggests the P734 is a fault with the blower motor diagnostics signal and the F702 a fault with a humidity sensor. A fix to the poster's problems has not been posted though. http://www.peugeotforums.com/forums/407-41/can-only-get-luke-warm-air-blower-vents-but-hot-air-leaking-somewhere-27784/ Another post about the humidity sensor http://www.peugeotforums.com/forums/407-41/humidity-sensor-12840/ In this topic the F734 and blower not working was found to be a corroded connection to the blower http://www.frenchcarforum.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=49407

I do not think you will need to remove anything to find those parts. The black part with the hoses may be the doser valve and the pressure sensor I think is fastened to it. To find the solenoid valve, look at the turbo and on it will be an actuator, follow the narrow pipe from this to the solenoid. This has a picture of a doser valve and and the pressure sensor looks to be on the top left section of it http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CITROEN-BERLINGO-PARTNER-2008-2015-1-6-HDI-AIR-DOSER-VALVE-9HT-/151826556253 This has pictures of the turbo and the actuator is at the bottom of the turbo http://c4owners.org/plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?174912

Citroen Xsara Picasso 2006 1.6 Hdi - Power Steering Issue
paul.h replied to Eiteews's topic in Technical Section
I had a failed strut top bearing on a C3 and that knocked when going over bumps at slow speed, are there any noises from your car ? -
Welcome to the forum

In this link there is a picture of the doser valve and the air pressure sensor is part no. 25. http://c4owners.org/plugins/faq/faq.php?0.cat.2.152

Copied from another topic by Johnellis96: I got the fuel problem sorted. turns out that the injectors were knackered so i got that sorted but other than the issue with the mileage its all been fine thank you.
-
For the parts diagrams you will have to go on the service.citroen site as mentioned above, but if you look at the links to the parts in post 14 these have pictures of them which should help you locate them. The pressure sensor I think will be at the side of the doser valve connected to the air inlet manifold and the solenoid valve will be connected by pipes to the actuator on the turbo,

I would also let the insurance company know what has happened since you will have a limit on your annual miles and if you made a claim or even did not, you may find you are no longer insured since your limit will appear to have been exceeded. This may apply to both cars since on both the highest mileage will now be shown. As John has pointed out, the mileage is kept on the speedo and the ecu so both will need to be corrected at the same time since if you just did the speedo, once it is put back on the car it will go back to the higher mileage again. I have put your car details from your previous topic as your signature to save you mentioning it each time. Did you fix the fuel problem ?
-
You can ignore the P1351 for now, I would think it may only be a problem if it becomes difficult to start in colder weather. From the parts diagrams, the solenoid valve (possibly part 1618C9) looks to be held on by 2 nuts so should be easy to replace. The pressure sensor (possibly 1920CZ) looks to be held by a screw needing a torx bit to undo it, so again will be easy to replace. It may or may not be either of these parts that are faulty but to do a diagnostic check to see what values they are giving could cost more than the parts. Of the 2 parts, the pressure sensor may be the one to check first since it could be blocked with oil.

Possibly the air con has a refrigerant leak due to lack of use and the seals drying out whilst the blower has not worked. If this is the case then it could be expensive to get it working again since the seals may need replacing and possibly the compressor and dryer. You might want to just get the blower working and forget about the air con but if you want to try to get the air con refrigerant recharged the blower would need to be working so the garage doing the work can make sure the air con is working.

Wax/polish - Best One To Hide Scratches
paul.h replied to Azza's topic in General Discussion and Nonsense
I am surprised there have been no further replies to this by now so I have moved it from the C4 General section to the General Discussion and Nonsense section which I hope will attract replies from owners with cars other than a C4.
